The debriefing
document provided herein, was recently, originally intended only for the
eyes of our special internal council members, our ever vigilant and
reliant team that seeks to provide the best insights, measures and path
finding techniques to ensure the utmost possible well being for all
members of the ‘Sound of Stars; and its extended network of sub
groups. This internal group, the
‘Fellowship
Council’

involved in staying informed on issues such as world affairs and
environmental developments so that they may, occasionally at selected
intervals of time provide you with a summation of their findings for your
benefit and well being.
As the current
active ‘Prolocutor’, and after serious thought and deliberation, I felt
it incumbent upon me to share this brief message to you our larger group.
Part of my
rationale for this was that due to circumstances occuring in the world
currently, this information really needed to get directly into the hands
of as many good people within our enclave and ensemble as possible
Its purpose is
simple, yet exceedingly powerful, for it places the nature of our work and
the character of our technology into a unique perspective that many of
our members have not yet likely guessed at or been aware of, and the time
has come to start revealing, in greater detail, the heretofore
unmentioned aspects of the technology.
The document is
brief and it consists of excerpts from an article on Gravity Wave / Field
detection and observational comments and a series of suppositions,
propostions, assertions and conclusions on the material by Doc Starz.
While the topic
may sound overly technical, the nature of the document may be easily read
and grasped by the large majority of our readers, and the end goal of
course is that some very large light bulbs may suddenly flash ‘ON’ inside
your head, especially in relation to the true nature and importance of
our work.

Now compare this
statement from the article to what one of our members mentioned
previously, here is the statement from the article
"Scalar signals, once
generated, tend to propagate continually until dissipated or over-ridden
in some way. However, the perturbations can be encoded, e.g., if a
gravity signal is pulsed at some rate, the pulse rate will be
maintained."
And here is what one
of our members describes about the effects of our frequencies ;

excitation! Are these psychic effects or are they a control of time?
Or are they related to

Important Basic
Understanding to Glean ;
What is occurring on the
planet is composed of vibrational information patterns, many of the
critical ones we are incapable of consciously detecting through typical
conventional means, it is these undetected patterns, in large part that
are killing us and destroying our planet, these patterns CAN be detected
and they CAN be directly modulated, and they can be modulated towards the
good, the harmonious, life affirming, etc....
This knowledge, and
its specific mechanics have been intentionally kept from you, this is the
true and ultimate reason that both Wilhelm Reich and Royal Rife were
eradicated because they were beginning to unravel the mystery and make it
known to the public
In order for you to be
successful and for OUR species to survive at all, you MUST understand
these principles and realities as quickly as possible
The fact is that these
understanding ARE known by various small and very selfish unloving groups
on the planet and they ARE actively using this understanding to
manipulate the planet across multiple, concurrent, coincident vectors
including electro-chemical-mechanical, biological, social engineering, etc...
You need to discover
more thoroughly how they do what they do and you need to be able to
shield yourself and you need to be able to develop the means to either
stop them or 'encourage' them to go elsewhere to fulfill their predatory
impulse, while you still can
