there descriptions available for the frequency tracks?
ANSWER
:
There are descriptions for frequency tracks, however I have not as yet compiled
all the descriptions into one central
thematic file.
Descriptions have been distributed across a
number of different online resources - so one of
the tasks I still have to attend to is to pull them all together into one
convenient reference file for all members / users.
This is a work in progress and I hope to have
it done asap. One of these, for example is

As you can see not all the files are described within.
Some of our tracks also have archived descriptions along with user reports on

Most of our frequency tracks are 10 mins
long, some are 5 mins -
these need to be looped for auto replay on your play back device.
The principal works via resonant entrainment - Check out the
"How to Use" section in the below link(s).
USING YOUR FREQUENCIES ;
FIRST, ensure you have watched this video in entirety

For most frequency kits, usage is simple. Place all of them on your
player and play only the first 30 seconds of each ten minute track,
skip through all nine playing only the first 30 seconds, note out of the
nine which tracks effect you the most, likely there will be between 2 to
4 tracks that really stand out, you will feel this. Next, select only
those tracks and loop these together for your session(s). Keep in mind
that your body-mind will change its preference over time so you will
need to do this through out the quarters of a given lunar month.
