First be advised that the CYANIDE in the one chemical is not poisonous. It is
so TIGHTLY bouund to iron that it is nontoxic.
You will need either Potassium or Sodium Ferrocyanide (DO NOT MISTAKE
FerrICcyanide for FerrOcyanide)and Iron (III) Chloride. Both theses are
available off the net.
A solution of 2 grams Iron Chloride in 100 mls DI water is slowly poured into a
stirred solution of 1 gram Potassium Ferrocyanide in 200 mls of DI water.
Filter the resulting blue precepitate at around 200 degrees F.
In order to make a LARGER amount of Prussian Blue simply multiply the weights
by 10 or 100 ...etc and increase the volumes of water by enough to keep
the salts in solution and freely flowing.
The human body can take 10 grams of Prussian Blue/day without serious harm. I
would think that MUCH less would be needed. The pills available are 500mgs. I
would think two a day would protect you.
The basic chemical that Prussian Blue is suppose to sweep up and out of your body
is caesium. This element (as a radioactive isotope)can be amoung those
resulting from fission in a Nuclear Reactor.
I think you will agree, it is better to be SAFE than SORRY. If the Jap Nuke
Cloud heads your way take the Prussian blue and paint yourself with tincture of
Iodine.

Subject: [ S.O.S. : --> ] KI and Prussian Blue dye

Hi: Thought I would add a little more info to radiation protection.
Potassium Iodide can be purchased on the internet (ChemSavers, United Nuclear
are two places that come to mind).
You do not need KI. If you have a bottle of Tincture of Iodine antiseptic you
can PAINT your skin with it. Well, thinking about dosage.....just look on the
bottle for the percentage Iodine in the solution. Measure out a definite amount
(say 5 mls) When applied to your kin the Iodine dosage will be equal to the
percentage X Volumn used.
sOME PEOPLE WILL PAINT THEIR WHOLE BODY. You could dilute the tincture of
Iodine with rubbing alcohol to give a more dilute solution for IODINE BODY
PAINTING lol.
Th Iodine on the skin will leach into your system and give a PROTECTIVE DOSAGE
that your thyroid will use til gone. IN this manner you almost eliminate the
possiblity of your body taking in NEW Iodine (possibly radioactive) that your
thyroid will use.
Prussian Blue is a dye that has protective properties against radioactive
elements. For THIS ONE you would need an Rx, BUT YOU CAN MAKE IT YOURSELF. Most
childrens chemistry sets will contain Potassium Ferrocyanide (Ferriccyanide on
or the other is needed). I don't rememeber the other chem but it is commonly
available in food and hardware stores.
The Prussian blue when you make it will be a dark blue sludge which you can
filter. When the SHTF and you need to use it the dosage would be 500 milligrams
a day. It will turn your stools blue.
Prussian blue has chelating properties and others that allow it to grab on to
radioactive elements and pass them out of your body.
I am sketchy on Prussian Blue, since it has been years since I made a batch.
You can google and find all the info you need on it. It is another ITEM we can
use to protect ourselves from what might com eour way.
Sincerely,
David

Thanks Jean, we
have already circulated much of this previously but the document you sent was
a very good and concise one, lets use it and thanks for sharing this with us!
Richard
Hahnamann and Lynn Cremona have independently written the following concerns
about iodine overdose. I
have no experience except a patient who just flew out of Tokyo had taken 4
pills of iodine. She felt very unstable which could be for other
reasons as well. Here
are the two documents: First of all, Potassium
iodide in pill or liquid form of 130-150 MILLIGRAMS is only recommended for
frank radiation poisoning. . There seems to be
some possible preventive measures here but I have no personal
experience. After medicinal radiation I use Homeopathy other key remedies The Radiation
Combination contains Emerald, Plutonium nit, Radium brom., > Rainbow, Rose
Quartz, Yellow. >I thunk
available Helios Homeopathic Pharmacy Key remedies that
have been used either in research or historically to prevent or treat
radiation poisoning include the following: 1. Cadmium
iodide 2. Cadmium-sulph 3. Phosphorus 4. Strontium-carbonicum 5. X-ray This ise just stuf
ffound on the net .I can not vouch apart from the fact that I think Radium
Brom useful for burning in the skin after radiation therapy.. Jean |

APPENDIX
- HEALTH CARE & NUTRITION - RADIATION WAR With
thanks to Connie Fogal "With
the tragedy in Japan raising fears of radioactive contamination, there's been
a massive run on potassium iodide. The experts are telling everyone that this
combination will protect them from nuclear fallout. They're wrong! "Potassium
iodide is a good product. The potassium is supposed to protect you from the
radioactive cesium. And the iodide protects against radioactive iodine.
However, there are a couple problems with it. "First,
there's not nearly enough potassium in this combination to protect you
against the radioactive cesium. In the body, cesium acts like potassium. So
having enough potassium in your body is supposed to prevent your body from
absorbing the cesium. But most people are so deficient in potassium, that the
small amount in potassium iodide won't protect you. You need to take a
separate potassium supplement to protect yourself. "Second,
you have to protect a lot more than your thyroid from radiation. Yes, the
iodide in potassium iodide will protect your thyroid. However, it won't be as
efficient at protecting your breasts and other organs. Here's why: "Iodide
is a form of iodine. Iodine is essential for your thyroid and several other
tissues and organs. Your thyroid needs it most. So, your body has a heavy
concentration there. If you're deficient, as most Americans are, your thyroid
will pick up any iodine your body ingests. This includes radioactive iodine,
which can poison your thyroid. "On
the other hand, if your thyroid is sufficient (full) of iodine, it will
ignore any other iodine passing by — including radioactive iodine. Iodide and
iodine serve slightly different roles in your body. They each protect
different organs in different ways. So in the event of nuclear fallout, it's
vital you protect your body with both nutrients. Potassium iodide doesn't
provide iodine. "There
are two products that provide ample amounts of both iodide and iodine. I've
written a lot about Iodoral in past issues (available on my website). I think
most people should take one capsule daily, just for general nutritional
purposes. I do. After a few weeks, your thyroid should be sufficient in
iodine and iodide, making your organs more resistant to radioactive iodine. "A
good alternative is Lugol's solution, which is the liquid form of Iodoral.
Two drops of this iodine/iodide product is equivalent to one Iodoral. If you
know there's a significant risk of radioactive iodine exposure, you can
double or triple the dose in the short run. Regardless of whether radiation
from Japan's nuclear facilities comes this way or not, these are great
products to take on a regular basis. Both are readily available on the
Internet. "Finally,
potassium iodide can't protect you against the radioactive heavy metals.
Normally, chelation is the ideal way to deal with heavy metals. But there's a
problem. Uranium atoms may be too large for conventional chelators to grab.
So I recommend a totally natural supplement from decaying organic matter
instead. It's my favorite for super heavy metals. This includes uranium,
which is the heaviest naturally occurring metal. The product is Metal Magnet,
which contains humic/fulvic acids. These are complex large organic molecules
containing lots of carboxylic acid chemical groups. These attract metals like
a giant catcher's mitt. All metals will fit in. And it is especially good at
capturing toxic metals (see Second Opinion from June and July 2006). You can
find Metal Magnet on the Internet. "Strontium
90, a radioactive mineral, is a more difficult issue. It is chemically
similar to calcium and can wind up in your bones. Since EDTA can chelate
calcium, it would make sense that it would also grab strontium. And studies
suggest it does. For strontium 90, consider both oral and rectal EDTA, which
may offer limited protection. If you are exposed to radiation, I'd go
directly to intravenous EDTA under the care of a trained chelation doctor. "I
also recommend taking Chlorella regularly (take 15 tablets daily). It is an
excellent metal detoxifier and all around superfood. "When
Chernobyl melted down, researchers found that brown seaweed greatly reduced
radiation poisoning. There are two products that offer brown seaweed, also
known as alginate. The first is Modifilan (available on the Internet). The
other is Pectasol Chelation Complex. Both products are rich in alginates. "Another
fantastic product I've used for years is Advanced Detox Formula. I use this
formulation to help cancer patients undergoing radiation therapy. The formula
greatly reduces the amount of radiation your body absorbs. It also protects
you with its sulfur-bearing detoxification nutrients, which also help
regenerate glutathione. Be sure to take it along with supplemental vitamin C
(2-8 grams daily) and vitamin E (1,200 IU daily) when exposed to radiation.
My favorite vitamin E is Unique E, Carlson's E, and Delta-Fraction
Tocotrienols (take one softgel, twice a day). You can order King Chlorella,
Pectasol Chelation Complex, Advanced Detox Formula, and Delta-Fraction
Tocotrienols from Advanced Bionutritionals. "Finally,
there are certain foods that can protect you. Start by eating as many Living
Foods as possible. Remember, plant chemicals protect plants from solar
radiation. They can help protect you as well. "For
general radiation exposure, whether nuclear, or even medical gamma ray
exposure, you might be surprised to know that miso can protect you. I read
years ago of a hospital right under ground zero in Japan, which survived the
bombing. (Directly under the explosion, it was spared the destruction of the
blast, which went out more than down.) The doctor walked out of the hospital,
saw the total destruction, walked back in and told everyone to eat miso.
Those who did were spared radiation sickness. Many studies have confirmed the
protective effects of fermented soy! "With
nuclear radiation, potassium iodide can help. But, as you can see, it's not
nearly enough. "Yours
for better health and medical freedom, "Robert
J. Rowen, MD "Ref:
Hiroshima J Med Sci., 2001 Dec; 50(4): 83-6; Archives of Environmental
Contamination and Toxicology, volume 18, number 4, 612-616, DOI:
10.1007/BF01055029." |
Magnesium and Boron
help a lot as well in removing the heavy metals from your system and removing
the cancer. Take 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Soda or Sodium Bicarbonate in 8 ozs of
water a day and it acts as a magnet and pulls all the heavy metals out of your
body.
Here are a couple of links that back up the information.
http://imva.info/index.php/radiation-medicine/reducing-radiation-damages-with-bicarbonate/
I'm a big fan of Sodium Bicarbonate. Nebulize it if you can. Straight shot into
the lungs, and right into the blood stream.
Of course drinking a bit for regulating your acid/alkaline ratio is always a
good idea too.
Folks with salt restrictions in their diet might want to talk to their Doc
first though.
Magnesium can help protect against radiation, according to recent research:

The Adobe Springs contain 110 mg of magnesium per liter, and has a Free Spigot
for public use, at 19,000 Del Puerto Canyon Road, Patterson, California. 7-Up

looks good please
post this! Nuclear
Emergency Dietary Backup
Posted
March 20th, 2011 by Merrie Bakker BA BSc The
tragic events connected with Japan's devastating earthquakes and tsunami have
compounded the threat of major nuclear contamination. Of the six reactors in
Japan that have constantly been in the news, four or five are now just above
the level of hopeless and most of the damage is almost under control. But
some of the fuel rods have melted and a likely mini-Chernobyl is in progress.
The events unfolding in northern Japan certainly have created health anxiety
internationally, as the situation conjures up memories of the 1986, Soviet-era
Chernobyl nuclear reactor meltdown that killed dozens downwind almost
immediately and thousands of people over time. That catastrophe resulted in
the release of major clouds of nuclear toxins, which the winds carried for
hundreds of miles, contaminating most of Europe. This led to a hundred-fold
increase in thyroid cancer in children and adolescents in the Belarus and
Ukraine regions. Most of the radioactive iodine was inhaled; and some was
ingested (from contaminated produce and from milk produced by cows feeding on
contaminated grass). There
is much and varying information describing what herbs, foods and other
supplements we can take to address potential harmful effects of radiation
exposure today. (What follows is not medical advice, of course, and one must
check everything with one’s main medical advisor). There are many forms of
radiation - gamma rays, strontium, radioactive cesium, radioactive potassium,
etc - it is not all created equal. Why
the thyroid gets all the attention: What
to take in advance of being compromised by radiation: Burdock
Root - removes
some radioactive isotopes from the body - also good for taking after a few
plane trips, a CT Scan or if you are a pilot or flight attendant. This is
also good for after radiation "therapy" for cancer. It’s
inexpensive and available at health food and Asian grocery stores. It’s also
one of the 4 herbs in in Essiac and acts like a gentle detox herb, as well.
(Burdock during the first trimester of pregnancy is contraindicated.) Herb
Robert - a
herb that specifically takes out radiation - see "Herb Robert (geranium
robertianum) and Removing Radiation" - http://www.thehealingjournal.com/node/153
- should be available at better herbal apothocaries in larger cities and
online. Cilantro
Leaf
(coriandum sativum) - in tincture form - several droppers full, will provide
you with enough. Eating cilantro raw, would require an enormous amount - no
fun. It is a natural heavy metal chelator and is often used to remove heavy
metals from the body and is believed to cross the blood/brain barrier
(plutonium and cesium are heavy metals it targets.) Take 1-3 dropper-fulls
daily of tincture (or eat yourself silly with large amounts of fresh
cilantro). If a headache ensues, then reduce the quantity. Vitamin
A and beta-carotene
counteracts gamma radiation. It also improves the healing of wounds and
supports a number of essential reactions in our bodies and some of our
organs. For therapeutic purposes, such as with fallout or a compromised
immune system in general or if one is recouping from a continuous, severely
poor diet, then temporarily 25,000 to 35,000 IU is the dose for adults.
General maintenance would be less. (Vitamin A in large doses can be toxic to
pregnant woman and their babies). Strontium
90, another radioactive mineral we need to block, is a more difficult issue,
as it is chemically similar to calcium and can end up in our bone marrow and
bones. One of pantothenic
acid’s (vitamin B5, calcium pantothenate) many functions is
that it helps normalize the red and white blood cell formation in the bone
marrow (and therefore indirectly helps to decrease the effects of radiation
on bone marrow, too). The various B vitamins all dance together
synergistically and should be taken together, as recommended on the
supplement bottle. Vitamin
C - a VERY
IMPORTANT supplement as it protects against intercellular damage and cell
membranes (not just nuclear radiation but also from chemo and other harsh
therapies). If the Vitamin C is buffered (with a lot of minerals) - an
ascorbate - then large dosages can be taken to bowel tolerance (in a smoothy
with organic yoghurt, good oils, your iodine and other goodies, for example,
or added to juice) - and this is a very different amount for each of us - can
be from 2 to 8 grams per person - spread out over the day. This can be done
at any time for health purposes but surely during fallout times. If you have
ascorbic Vitamin C at hand - not
buffered with minerals - then 200 to 500 mg several times a day is best. This
would not be a time to quibble about politics but... in Canada the only
non-cornstarch Vitamin C left is Camu, Camu which is NOT buffered but a good
product source, at least. Health Canada “rules” have been too onerous for the
quality American companies to bother to continue to import into Canada. At
the top of my US list are: buffered Vitamin C from Allergy Research and
Nutriceuticals. In Canada a few cornstarch products may say “made with
Such-and-Such a berry” but that is usually a miserable 8% or less! Definitely
not worth it. "Made from" is the right wording. No source stated on
the bottle means that it's probably cornstarch and less expensive and
desireable. Vegetable
oil -
1⁄4 cup of any cold pressed, organic oil, after exposure, will
strengthen cell membranes. Extra virgin olive oil, unheated and added to food
is best. Vitamin
E protects
vitamin A and many of the important fatty acids in our body and energises
selenium, too. 800 IU per day is abundant for an average sized body of the
non-synthetic alpha-tocopherol variety and should be the maximum and only for
a few days before reducing to 400 IU, as a maintenance amount. Seaweed (thousands of different types and
Laminar Japonica stands out as the winner of radiation absorption) is a
superb source of nutrients and they are very effective at removing radiation
from the body as they contain the natural sodium alginate (cleans up house in
the the GI tract much like the action of apple pectin). The sheets and
powders can be mixed into soups, salads, or eaten by themselves as in sushi,
but we are not likely to eat these in large quantities at every meal unless
stranded on a deserted island and that was all there was to eat... Supplements
or capsules, a good idea at any time, provides us with, on average, .05/.10
mg per capsule - not so much! It is partially cumulative over time and that
is why it is good to take daily for normal healthy functioning, even in good
times with no radiation threat. Japanese people with a diet rich in sea
vegetables several times a week have a much higher tolerance for radiation
(seen from research done after the A-Bomb blasts). Natural iodine is what we
like most about these sea vegetables. The
quoted amounts that are now often recommended for radiation protection vary
but run around 130 mg per adult per day. This is a huge amount! My pharmacist
recommended twice that amount - and even suggested to get started right away
- much too early! The FDA recommends 130 mg once radiation has fallen... and
that is too late. If
you have deep pockets, then Beta-1,3
glucan- I is a free radical scavenger you will also like to
have in store. In a controlled study done at the US Armed Forces Radiobiology
Institute, 70% of rats given a lethal dose of radiation were completely
protected from radiation effects when given a dose of yeast beta glucan by
mouth after the radiation exposure. It protects certain white cells from free
radical attack during and after the radiation, allowing these cells to
continue to function in their irradiated bodies. Reishi mushroom is
high in beta 1,3 glucan (500 mg once a day). With
a good dose of nuclear fallout, potassium iodide is not nearly enough
protection. So stock up, get familiar with these normally health promoting
items and then... And
then... lay back and have a nice long 30 minutes soak in a Sea Salt and
Baking Soda bath - 1 lb of each and if no sea salt is available, then 2 lb.
of soda (don’t skimp). Many flight attendants and pilots use this
detoxification method - every other day - if we are inundated by radiation
fallout. |
The
Following was composed by Dr. Russell Blaylock as a method to reduce autoimmune
reactions to the flu vaccines only. Do not use this if you have the flu itself.
These are just general observations and not medical advice. You should work
with your doctor for a specific program.
1.
Place
a cold compress on the site of the injection immediately after the
injection and continue this as often as possible for at least two days. If
symptoms of fever, irritability, fatigue or flu-like symptoms reoccur --
continue the cold compresses until they abate. A cold shower or bath will also
help. [NHS editor's comment: This one simple and free tip actually helps not
only the local symptoms of immune reaction, but also prevents the systemic
activation of the brain's immune cells. This helps protect the brain from
damage.]
2.
Take
fish oils -- I recommend the Norwegian fish oil made by Carlson Labs --
it has the correct balance of EPA and DHA to reduce the cytokine storm. The
dose is one tablespoon a day -- if severe symptoms develop -- two tablespoons a
day until well and then switch to one tablespoon a day. Children -- one
teaspoon a day.
3.
Curcumin, quercetin, ferulic acid and ellagic acid as a mixture -- the
first two must be mixed with extravirgin olive in one teaspoon. Take the mix
three times a day (500 mg of each)
4.
Vitamin E (natural form) 400 IU a day (high in gamma-E)
5.
Vitamin C 1000 mg four times a day. [NHS editor's
comment: The best form of Vitimin C that we have found is sodium asorbate
powder. It's cheap and easy on the stomach.]
6.
Astaxanthin 4 mg a day
7.
Zinc 20 mg a day for one week then 5 mg a day
8.
Avoid all immune stimulating supplements (mushroom extracts,
whey protein) except beta-glucan -- it has been shown to reduce inflammation,
microglial activation and has a reduced risk of aggravating autoimmunity, while
increasing antiviral cellular immunity.
9.
Take
a multivitamin/mineral daily (one without iron -- Extend Core)
10.
Magnesium citrate/malate 500 mg of elemental
magnesium two capsules three times a day
11.
Vitamin D3 [NHS editor's comment: Get plenty of sunshine
daily. It's free. You may still need to take vitamin D3 supplements but it's
fun to get sun!]
o
All
Children -- 5000 IU a day for two weeks after vaccine then 2000 IU a day
thereafter
o
Adults
-- 20,000 IU a day after vaccine for two weeks then 10,000 IU a day thereafter
o
Take
500 mg to 1000 mg of calcium citrate a day for adults and 250 mg a day for children
under age 12 years.
12.
Avoid all mercury-containing seafood
13.
Avoid omega-6 oils (corn, safflower, sunflower, soybean, canola
and peanut oils)
14.
Blenderize
parsley and celery and drink 8 ounces twice a day
15.
Take
Jatoba tea extract (add 20 drops in on cup of tea) one day before the
vaccine and the twice a daythereafter. (You can get it at iherb.com) It is inexpensive.
The following
recommendations are taken from David Wolfe's excellent podcast called "Everything
You Need to Know about Radiation." These recommendations are based on
his investigations and research.*
1.
Kelp Powder
1 to 2 tablespoons
daily
2.
Iodine
13 to 15 mg daily of
Lugol's or Iodoral. That's about 100 times the RDA (Recommended Daily
Allowance.) Alternatively, you could use Nascent Iodine. If you choose this
option, start with 1 drop a day, since it's strong, and work up to 2 or 3
drops. If you can get up to 10 drops a day, that's fine. These three (Lugol's,
Iodoral, and Nascent) are sources of iodine. They are not KI (potassium
iodide.) KI is only to be used when the fallout reaches your area, not before,
as KI has some toxic side effects.
3.
Ashwaganda
1 to 2 tablespoons of
the extract powder. 4 to 6 droppers full under the tongue if you are using
tincture. This herb helps the thyroid cope with stress. Exposure to radiation
causes massive oxidation of the body tissues which draws out all the body's
negative ion resources to neutralize the oxidation. Most of these negative ion
resources are found in the thyroid. The thyroid is very electrical in the way
that it functions. In some languages, the thyroid is called the shield gland.
4.
Selenium
4 to 6 Brazil nuts
daily. It's a wild food. There are approximately 544mcg of selenium per ounce
of Brazil nuts.
5.
Sea Salt
1 tablespoon per day
or more, in your water. Salt water can help neutralize radioactive halogens
like iodine and bromine.
6.
Vitamin C
Effective in
neutralizing free radicals. Radioactive materials are the worst oxidants there
are; thus the need for the best antioxidants. If using natural vit C, such as
from rose hips, 5,000 to 7,500 mg per day is good. If ascorbic acid you can go
to 8,000 to 12,000 mg. If you get diarrhea, then you are taking too much and
you should reduce the amount you take per day. Lypo-spheric Vit C is another
option and you can take 5 packets per day (5 grams)
7.
Zeolite
Work your way up to
30 drops of Natural Cellular Defense per day. This has a powerful
detoxification effect, so you need to start slowly. (You can use powdered
zeolite as well. It may be preferred to the liquid form. If you use the our
recommended Zeolite Pure, a very pure and powerful form of zeolite, the maximum
recommended serving size is 1 measured teaspoon three times a day.)
8.
Fulvic acid
Omica Fulvic - 2 to 4
droppers full per day. Take with lots of water.
9.
Ginseng
Modulates the removal
of radiation from the body. Wildcrafted is best. Tincture extract - 4 to 5
droppers full per day. (Not recommended during pregnancy.)
10.
Reishi Mushroom powder
Minimum 5,000 mg of
the powder, which is freeze dried mycelium. Work up to higher amounts, up to
15,000 to 20,000 per day.
11.
Chlorella
Very high in
chlorophyll, magnesium and potassium.
12.
Coconut oil
Coconut products help
modulate the thyroid among other things.
13.
MegaHydrate
Hydrogen silica
supplement that drives off the uptake of radioactive tritium (found in
radioactive water) - 3 to 6 capsules a day, you can work your way up to 9 a
day. Dr. Flannigan recommends a maximum of 9 caps a day.
14.
Crystal Energy
A type of zeolite.
One squirt in all liquids that you drink. It draws to itself radioactive
debris. It also structures the water. It's a powerful source of healthy
hydrogen.
1.
Green Tea Polyphenols
X-rays create a
barrage of free radicals and can do DNA gene damage. To fight this cellular
attack, first, take green tea polyphenols which have been shown to block
whole-body radiation.1
Consider Swanson’s product NWF240, an intense green tea polyphenol product,
$13.76 for 180 capsules. [Swanson is at swansonvitamins.com or 800-437-4148 or
also for example Puritan’s Pride at puritan.com which is another reliable
supplier. We have no connection with these or any other suppliers]. Take one a
day all the way through any radiation exposure through two weeks afterwards.*
2.
Meriva
The second key
product to reduce the inflammation caused by radiation is curcumin. Remarkably,
curcumin protects normal cells from radiation but enhances the death of any
tumor cells you might now have.2
It has also demonstrated increased survival in animals exposed to high dose
radiation.3
I suggest Swanson’s Meriva, which is an intense and unique curcumin supplement
that will pass the blood-brain barrier. This is Swanson’s product SWU493, $9.99
for 60 capsules. Take one twice a day with some food also during any radiation
exposure.*
3.
Ginkgo Biloba
The third product to
take is ginkgo biloba. Ginkgo has been shown to protect organs from radiation
damage as well as protect cells such as after medically-related radioactive
iodine treatment.4
Its effect is so pronounced that it was useful in treating workers at the
Chernobyl nuclear plant explosion long after their original exposure.5
Adding more evidence for ginkgo, in one very important study6,
researchers divided 25 patients into two groups getting radiation [as a therapy
for cancer]. One subgroup received 120 mg of ginkgo biloba daily and the other
