This is a guide only for
the use of the Mobile SSF Electrode
Connection package.
It isn’t an instruction on how to use
Frequencies whether they are SSF,
(Sounds of Stars Frequencies), Rife, etc.
More information can be found
by Googling these & other research
subjects. All such modalities will have
disclaimers on their use which should be
carefully observed.
The placement & the use of the
electrodes is a matter of individual
experimentation.
Very simply, if it doesn’t work on a particular location it is suggested
that you try another area or method of
application.
For example;
The Pad electrodes can be applied to a painful area for pain relief. You
may find that the pain is relieved, but
then it moves to another location
which should be ‘chased’ to the new
location & so on!
You may find it useful to use the
opposite’s procedure when using the
Pad electrodes;
If for example you are treating the right knee, then you would place one
electrode on that location & the second
on the left knee in the same
position.
Or, say for a pain in the chest, arrow the second electrode position
on the
back in that location.
General Guide for SSF Frequencies:
“SSF’s interoperate mainly with the energetics of the conscious,
subconscious state and perhaps with the physicality of the organism.”
(Quote from Doc. Stars).
So, electrodes would be recommended first of all using only a battery
operated MP3 player. Do not use electrodes attached to AC powered dev
ices like from a PC, laptop or
stereo in this way.
Electrodes:
Suggested placement;
On areas below the neck and head, never over the heart, using only
a battery operated MP3 player – 45 minutes maximum although it can be
repeated at 2 hourly intervals if required.
VERY IMPORTANT – Keep hydrated with WATER! Drink a glass
of water before & after each treatment.
Optional D.I.Y.Handheld Electrodes:

3. Clip the earlobe electrodes (or connecting wires) to hand-holds
using
2 lengths of the thinnest gauge copper tubing available aprox. 1 “ in
diameter about 6” long. (Your nearest hardware store or plumbing
supply place should have no problem in providing these for you.)
Or,
Tape the pad electrode connection pins to the handheld copper tube
electrodes, or alternatively, the
stainless steel mesh electrode pads could
also be taped to the handheld copper tube electrodes
instead of using
the 'earlobe electrodes'!
Note: There is probably not enough power from the MP3 player to drive
the frequencies here so you
may want to consider using the portable
battery powered audio amp called the Boostaroo.
DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE EFFECT that this application may
provide.
The use of the Boostaroo
would be ideal connected to boost the output
of the MP3 for a potent,
portable, 'silent delivery' frequency delivery
solution!
Start with a 3 minute use & build slowly from there with hydration being
a prime concern. Volume levels should initially be
set no more than half
way!
High Quality Electrodes:
These should last a very long time with normal care & the built in
adhesive gel can be revived many times with a drop of water. Even
with
the adhesive gel no longer active the Pads can be taped in position
using
whatever tape that will adhere to the skin or clothing.
Suggested placement;
1.
Directly on
the pain or condition requiring treatment directly on
the
skin, or taped to the inner clothing so
that it comes in contact with
the skin.
Experimentation will indicate what works best for you here.
2.
Use directly on
acupuncture points. An excellent guide for placement

Placement on the Thymus gland on the middle of the breastbone between
the nipples has been reported as an excellent starting place for pad
placement.
It is suggest that only one pad is required here. You can remove the other
pad & the bare connector pin can be tucked in wherever
convenient, or the
second pad placed on the navel as a secondary position.
There are many warnings that frequencies are not to be used directly
on
the heart.

Active listening:
PC Speakers, Home Stereo, CD Player etc.
For fast results it is advised that loud audio playback of SSF frequencies
be used for at least 45 minutes to a maxi mum of 3
hours, for as many
times a day as is recommended.
Where this is not possible due to possible irritation to family members,
pets or neighbours the Silent/Passive playback is
a viable alternative...
“PASSIVE LISTENING” means you are playing the
frequency at low volume so
it is just detectable. Here we
are going for a subtle effect geared mainly for subconscious mind entrainment.
You can also mask the frequency by playing other music in the
background that you like. One user plays the frequency at a normal
volume but them plays his favourite classical music over top of it, he
reports he really likes the effect of the combined sounds.

Obviously, this is not a practical solution for mobile use but can be used
or adapted by most
everyone for 'Silent Listening'.
Care should be taken when the SSF's are amplified & used in this fashion.
Start with the sound levels set low &
gradually increase the volume as
required.
Remember to drink plenty of water before & after use!

I would personally agree that amplification boosted by a home stereo,

even if you know what you are doing...
However, in my opinion, the output from a single AAA battery operated
MP3 player is quite safe to use in these
areas. (The earlobe electrodes
are extremely useful attaching of course to
a very sensitive area of the
head.)
Nevertheless, it is very important to remain fully hydrated at all times

The Gall Bladder frequencies I designed, which are among the ones Im
looping right now, are based on a very old TCM formula..... I place the MP3
player with the SLB close to or over the Gall Bladder meridian on my
leg...... I suspect that many of the principles we see in QiGong and
practiced by the Masters are playing out here.....

Mary, there are different ways of playing the frequencies....
the SLB converts the sound output to magnetic field, flux effects.... so
your body listens to it 'silently' you can also do a key word search

Doc, Rob and All, I too am sorry that the new people in the group
don't/won't have the opportunity to purchase Rob's SLB
antenna's. I use mine when traveling, in the airport AND on the
airplane. Also, I use my SLB with the underground frequencies the whole
time I am at work, about 7 hours a day, 4 days a week. I also listen
to my frequencies out-loud in the car stero (CD's) to and from work and
at home out loud with speakers.

Hi folks,
Have been away at a business seminar for the last six days. I had some
great results using the fatigue and DNA repair frequencies in the
afternoon after lunch when the slow down period hits. I also used
Recuperation frequency quite a bit. All my play was with the SLB
antennae. I noticed the most specific energy improvements when I
played the DNA repair frequencies in the afternoon upon the first sign
of feeling tired. Looped the frequency and played for about 1 hour.

My best guess is, your'e probably right. If we consider the SLB to be
a farily significant tool for using the frequencies in PASSIVE mode as
decsribed in the docs, then its likely. Observations have been so far
that ACTIVE mode needs to be regulated more than PASSIVE mode play and kept
within certain time span parameters. PASSIVE mode doesn't seem to
require the same degree of management, unless you are using the SLB with a
non battery device, i.e. its plugged in and you REALLY have the volume
cranked, in that case you are dealing with potentially a really high
amplitudinal out put and in those cases we have found, for instance, users
play frequencies silently during sleep had to make sure they did not have
the volume cranked way up because overcharging could still result.
Its still a matter of experimentation, we dont have anything we can point
to that qualifies as hard proof on this one, but we have a reasonable
amount of anecdotal, observational reports posted here over time on the
newgroup.

It is said that behind many illnesses is an underlying metaphysical
cause. The right side of the body represents Masculine energies,
giving, putting out, the "do side", or physical side. Men, or
father. The left side of the body – your complain - is usually
defined as the feminine side. It represents receptivity, taking in,
women, mother, love.
Science proved that the mind and the body are linked. It also proved
that positive thinking techniques have a positive impact on healing
outcomes. I do not know if it is possible to make a frequency out of
this!
Your report on your first night results is fascinating. Tonight I'll
try both the anti age frequency and the sleep easy frequency. I

daily protection, I have found what seems to be odd coincidental occurences
happening to me when wearing the SLB and I have also noticed what seems to be
a dramatic shifting in how people behave towards me and interact with me
when using the slb with mp3 player.

I intend to write a follow up letter that details my
observations, but am still playing catch up so will do
this as soon as i can.
For now, in brief, I wanted to report that after a
months usage, I really do seem to be experiencing
something remarkable with this device.
The experience is different, more subtle, less
'actively' felt by my conscious mind, but does seem to
be there and does seem to make a difference.
I'll explain in brief, every morning when I get up I
typically loop 3 freqs to get my butt rolling and
during my morning exercise, but listening to them as
audio NOT via SLB. I use;
ENERGY AND FOCUS OPTIMIZER and GOOD LUCK EVOKER; a special custom healing
freq I made for myself.
I can honestly say, that when I use this unit,
especially when I go to sleep at night during times
when I am feeling more ill or restless, the aching
discomfort seems to slowly, softly ebb out and away, and I actually seem to
sleep better, the spasms seem to drop out... all in all its remarkable,
whether its a placebo or not I dont care because the end result is that
good so far. I can usually tell if its going to be a bad night, my left
foot within minutes starts to feel 'dry' really dry and it almost seems to
bloat a bit, and I feel like crap and it starts twitching.
But when I place the SLB on it
and then try going to sleep, its seems to work like a light dimmer switch where
the pain and discomfort is slowly turned down and I can fade into sleep.
This is a break through for me.

foot within minutes starts to feel 'dry' really dry and it almost seems to
bloat a bit, and I feel like crap and it starts twitching.
But when I place the SLB on it
and then try going to sleep, its seems to work like a light dimmer switch
where the pain and discomfort is slowly turned down and I can fade into
sleep. This is a break through for me.
For daily protection, I have found what seems to be odd coincidental
occurences happening to me when wearing the SLB and I have also noticed
what seems to be a dramatic shifting in how people behave towards me and
interact with me when using the slb with mp3 player.

I dont know how this will play out for you, but it seems
like electrode use followed an odd pattern, I wore them for many hours in a
row upto 8 at a time and often during sleep and then much of the next
day... for example 8 hours on resting, then up in the late morning, shower,
etc, then electrodes back on say from 1 pm till late at night.... douieing
this for at least 3 to 4 days in a row.... effects would peak, then
plateau, then subside a small amount, then peak again but a smaller peak
another plateau, but at a level similiar to before then subside, and that a
little less, so over all balancing and feeling of well being steadily
inreasing and stabilizing, but very noticeably so.... now I have been under
excess mental, physical stress for a while, and I could notice that my
overworked self, was really being supported and sustained.... my guess is, that if you are fairly calm,
balanced, healthy already not under much stress and have good energy
levels, then you may notice these effects less.... also, it may be that
less usage may be less noticeable....
I shoud also mention, that my mp3 player is a little MUVO running a
single AAA battery and I typically have the volume cranked to MAXIMUM all
the time.... Also, I have DEFINITELY
noticed very curious reactions from others when Im wearing these

I put them on my hips and/or tummy. I have them there now :) I don't feel a lot happening as I do
this, but I am feeling better in general, so it is difficult for me to make
a correlation...though my partner says my energy filed is "very
active" when I have these frequencies on... Sheri

Hi Doc, I have a question about using the mp3 and
electrodes. From my training tens can be either mono-polar (moves
frequency from one electrode to the other) or bi-polar (moves
frequency back and forth between 2 electrodes). With the use of the
mp3 player, my understanding is that there is no polarity... so what is it
we are doing? I watched the video and I understand what sound can
do... but I guess my question is, "Is there any polarity involved in
the use of the frequencies on the electrodes?" I have been
experimenting with several frequencies on digestive related acupuncture
points and am having some nice effects. Will report more when it

Hello folks -- I've received my MP3 adapter (thanks Rob!!!) and have
been using it during the day for various frequencies. So far I have
kept it to 2-3 hours a day, but I am thinking longer would be okay too,
since I know Doc said he used them overnight. Anyone else have
experiences to report? I've consistently used the Purge
Negative Thgouhts and Happiness Inducer looped together;
Biosparkorama; and am now using the Harmony in Finances and
Relationship. Played a little with a few others just to try them
out. Except for Biosparkorama, I feel less of an intense effect
from the electrodes than I do with playing them loudly. BUT I am also
feeling really great and my emotions feel more even than in the past few
months. SO, maybe they are working better, but more subtlety?
Can't say for sure. I am thinking I would like to just leave them on
longer with the electrodes, but I don't want to over do it. I tend to
push the boundaries with this stuff... Also, with the Mental
Screen/Grind the Noise Pest my partner says my energy field gets blue/purple
fairly quickly after using them with headphones. AND, my partner and
I are VERY sensitive to each other and I was using the electrodes the other
day and we were snuggling on the couch andhe said HE felt the effects
too... Makes sense if our energy field are so connected eh?

Today tried a different
approach 2 velcro wristbands 2 gel tens style electrodes
mp3 player on AAA battery looping Energy Focus Optimizer,
Biosparkorama and some new Immune and Mood Boosters ( Experimental not
yet released) Running for hours today, apparent results were pretty
intense, I actually dont recall feeling this good for the last
year. Wow. One problem though, about 2 hours ago got caught
in the wet cold, snow, wind AND was hanging out with a friend whos girl
friend had a bad flu, now feeling the onset of something like that
happening..... will have to dig out the Viral Inhibitor frequency
Just realized also, we dont really yet have a dedicated 'Flu Shot' style
frequency.... and Im not keen on drugs as you know, I wonder if I can
