Simply
right click with your mouse on the files link. A small pop up menu should appear, from
that menu, choose ‘Save As’. Save
this to the Desktop of your computer, or any other folder you desire on
your computer. The files are big,
some are as big as 24 MB so it may take a few minutes to download. Once downloaded simply double click on
the file to play with your media player, OR just open the file with your
media player of choice.

Briefly,
these frequencies work via resonant entrainment, they are not
bi-naural
beats, nor are they isochronic tones, or like anything else you have come

note. All of my work that I have
done here on this page, both the time and effort for the content, design,
layout of this web page, and then the uploading it, NOT TO MENTION the
last nine years of my life – full time, spent in exhausting research and
development, has been at my expense mainly. This has all been done to get to the
point, of being able to share with you my findings, to enable and empower
you, to make your life just a little bit better than it might have been
before, that’s been my driving, burning, hope and wish.
Regrettably,
I have neither the time, energy or desire for that matter, to help you
with the technical trouble shooting of your own personal computer. That is something for you and who ever
you normally rely upon to help you with your own computer technical
issues to figure out.
What
I can tell you is this, if you have trouble with the access and download
instructions I have given you, meaning, that if you cannot right click
with your mouse and save the files to your computer, then the most likely
issue you are facing is that you are either using
Windows Vista instead of XP and you have Vista security features that are
configured in ways that are blocking you that you will have to set
properly OR you may be using a Macintosh, and for Mac users of course
there is no way to ‘right click’ with your mouse, and so you must use a
different feature on your Mac to perform this function – this I have been
told is very possible, you just have to find out how. Please don’t ask me for technical
support past this, I don’t and won’t have the time to help you with
this. You are free to ask publicly
in any of our groups if you wish as often there are numerous technically
savvy and friendly people in there who would be happy and willing to help
you.
