Its helpful as a reference that you are familiar with meditative music that has elements encoded

into it such as subliminals, special tones, etc as that provides a good framework to start from

when understanding this tech. The work I do however is not geared towards mainly a simple,

pleasurable meditative listening experience but rather actual state change

The market is saturated by meditative music creators, its difficult for those in that arena to

differentiate themselves as they are all doing the same thing.

There are no 'easy listening' meditation music creators that can accomplish what we do, but

then our methods are also different.

We have found that 'sensitives', can be affected more quickly and dramatically than the general

population and that they tend to often prefer to select frequency tracks more compatible with their

constitution / needs. Adjusting volume to a lower setting and decreasing play time can be helpful.

Some of our tracks are 'stimulants', and should not be played at night

Unlike common 'easy listening' mediation music, our tracks are not meant as simply entertainment

but rather as a functional tool that comes with detailed instructions. It is important to ensure a thorough

review of instructions to understand how to use and get the best results.

ABOUT OUR CURRENT CUSTOMERS

Most of our customers are repeat customers, many have been with us for years.

It is common for users to like some tracks and not others - this is normal.

There can be quite a range of sound types, experiences across different tracks.

Typically our users are a bit more 'serious' at actual inner exploration than just casual buyers

of such goods, but to get the results after they purchase they know right from the outset that

they have to know and follow the instructions.

One of the main motivations for their putting in the extra effort to learn how to use the tech is

the opportunity for them to experience unusual phenomenon often associated with

They know they can't and won't tend to have these kinds of events occur with any other

entertainment style of meditational music, etc.

MARKETING APPROACH SUGGESTED

The key take away here is how do we enable relevance to viewers and supporting their 
motivation to care about the ad coming up?

Structure and format of how, where and when the ad is presented to the viewer during your video content
should facilitate the viewer feeling they can associate personal relevance to the ad when it runs.

So for example we would not want the ad to run at the very end of the video with no linkage, reference
or association of the former content to the upcoming ad. 

Our market testing shows that if the viewer feels that the primary video content ends and they realize
the core content has stopped and they have no link between the core content and ad they assume
the ad at the end is just a kind of common generic youtube ad about something not likely relevant 
and they do not watch it and never make it to the landing page

Timing and choosing the right point in the presentation as well as how its being framed, where focus

is being directed and how the audience associates meaning to whats coming on - i.e. why should they

be watching the upcoming ad.

For example Youtube often presents ads at the beginning and or intermittently through out the main video,

in many cases there is no way to turn the ad off, the viewer must actually wait until its done before they get

to view the content.


WHAT WORKS : We suggest ad insertion at about 2 minutes in from the beginning, so you start your

central theme and once the viewers are engaged and interested THEN present the ad, but talk about it

a little first along the lines of "check out this message from our sponsor today" ( SHOUT OUT ) .

Refer to the promo with some brief description and describes why they should be interested and supports

the direction of their focus to the ad, then either the ad plays briefly with its own audio OR the ad plays

visually and you could talk about its content as it plays. Encourage and engage the audience to direct

their focus to the ad. This process seems to work well for attaining the objective sustainably.

Standard approach of vid promo prompting viewer to click on link in comments section with link to

landing page is simplest.

Direct link from your video content to landing page where they can signup to try a free frequency first,

then purchase the collection if they like what they hear, this can improve customer satisfaction and actually

increase sales for you.

We estimate stats should play out on the low average minimum should be about 500 hits to

landing page per 10,000 based on past experiences. 

The demographic of your audience should be very favourably aligned to our current one. I am very familiar

with the behaviour, mindset, philosophy, purchase patterns of my current buyers and over the last five years.

Reason for connecting with you in the first place was because it was easy for me to see how much your

group and my buyers would have in common.

Experience with other social influences show an engagement and buy rate at a total initial exposure of

approx 10,000 netting approx $3000.00 for the influencer in profits.

HOW YOU PROFIT
Based on a video you produce that gets 10,000 to 50,000 views within a week of release ;

We suggest that you should see a minimum of ten units @ your cut of 50% moved per 10,000 views.

Starting off, all sales will be code tagged to flag the sale as being yours. Payout to you can be weekly,

bi-weekly as per your directions direct to your paypal account. If / when we move to a Tradebit style

fully automated fulfillment and sales tracking system then payout is still made to your paypal account

but is sent by Tradebit at approximately and 18 day interval.

UPSELLS 
When the buyer mailing list is generated, upsells are possible to subscribers granting marketing

permissions when they subscribe. Examples of these benefits include being able to promote other

Sound of Stars frequency collections to previous buyers. You will receive additional comparable

commissions on any upsells from that list. This mailing list will be archived on mailchimp.

REFUND PROCESS TO BUYERS
I have never generally provided refunds for purchases mainly because of the nature of the product

being a digital download - since it is a copy write protected download there is no way to 'get back'

the product from a customer once they have purchased it. This means of course that there is nothing

stopping a person four buying a track, keeping it, enjoying it and then wanting their money back.

I just state this up front to a customer so they know this before purchase.

I have had pretty much zero requests for refunds for over ten years.

Once we are up and running, will there be some kind of dashboard I'll have access to where I can track analytics of any sales that come through? 

Will payments be automatic after each sale, or will there be something like monthly payouts?

ANSWERS ;

Are there dashboard analytics you can have access to where you can track sales ?

Analytics / Dashboard for sales ; this can and should be setup, to do does require first 
we have some initial idea as to sales volume over time. There are a number of reasons for this.

It will of course mean less overall leg work on my part to get you automated with your 
own Tradebit dashboard sales analytics, but Im willing to process manually at first. 

If we start getting large volumes we'll have to get the dashboard in place fast as I do 
not want to get swamped doing manual fulfillment transactions to often.

As a paypal authourized merchant I can generate and output full reports and export to Excel, 
that way you can manage the format of the data for your own business, tax accounting needs.

Provided below are Tradebit links, training material - as you are able try to get up to 
speed with these as this will help materialize the preferred sales dashboard for larger
volumes.

It will take a bit of time and effort on both our parts to get a proper sales dashboard up that works

in the way you will likely want. There are a few preferred routes to go on this, one is via Tradebit.com,

this service will automate everything that needs to be done and allow for tracking and disbursements

with pay gateway through paypal, deposits are made to your paypal account. 

With Tradebit however, they only do disbursements every 12 to 20 days so you have to wait a bit for it to

go through. They also take a cut which will dig into margins, but when volume goes higher its not as important.

When we start out, my guess is volume will be lower, so for example @ 50 units per month @ approx $50.00 US

going to you = $2,500.00 monthly.

@ 50 units monthly its far easier to handle manually on my end, we also avoid the tradebit cuts into the profit margin

and I can also pay you out faster. 

I think however its likely you are probably going to do at least 100 units per month, and if Im right, after our first two

weeks of successful sales, then yes we will have to set up the full auto sales system which will include dashboard,

analytics and we will also have to give a cut of transactional volume to Tradebit. In our first two weeks roughly,

say on our first day the ad runs, what ever sales come in I can process manually and have your cut within days of sales.

So if from one of your videos you make $500.00 to $1000.00 in sales, ( which you very well may), that comes in within a

2-3 day window, youd get your share sent to your paypal acct pretty fast, within 2,3 days of that.

If it looks like we're going to see steady increasing sales then I will need to get you on skype conference and basically step

you through ( training of a sort ) what you will need to do on your end to have a dashboard set up and at that point once

Tradebit or similiar is setup, you will be on their pay cycle, which like I said tends to be about 2 to 3 weeks

When we first start off testing our market response, I wont have a way for you to directly access a sales tracking page

all I can do is let you know whats happening but will forward all relevant statistical sales and traffic related data and

when we get to a viable volume then we will set up the sales dash board for you and I will teach you how to use it effectively

SALES FORECASTING, METRIC FOR TRENDS


I do trend metrics for some of my clients. I can often forecast, in advance days out of a

month trend wise, where ad placement in videos are likely to perform better than others.

For example out of a given month we might find 8 days that are more likely to give

Positive returns whereas there could be eight other days where return might be poor,

Leaving the remainder of the month with days where performance is moderate.

On request I can provide best anticipated dates to run ad for the reseller.

While I am not able to say how much we made on this, I can say that the social influencer

was very satisfied with the results.  My share of profits on this campaign was in the many

thousands of dollars.
