In their extensive writings, Davis and Rawls continuously emphasize the importance of using only the

north magnetic pole when applying magnetic energy to animals or humans. The effect of the south pole,

“He accidentally made this discovery in 1936, when he left a couple of boxes full of bait worms next to a horseshoe magnet overnight. When he found the boxes he had misplaced, he noticed that the worms in the box next to one side of the horseshoe were noticeably larger than the worms in the box next to the other side. The basic effect they discovered (and which is not credited to them even today) is that North Pole and South Pole magnetic energy has an exactly opposite spin as well as EFFECTS.

Specifically, North Pole energies cause mass to contract and condense while South Pole energies cause mass to expand and dissipate. Also, North Pole energies have alkaline properties while South Pole energy is acid. Since magnetic monopole magnets are not available at just any Wal-Mart store, they chose to use the longest possible bar or cylinder magnets which would allow for the greatest separation of the two opposite energies.

It was found that use of a North Pole would provide an energetic environment which would cause cancer cells to contract and die out. This energetic environment also has other healthy applications as detailed in their many books.

Albert Roy Davis was the first scientist in the world to discover that the two poles of magnetism, North and South, are separate and distinct energies. North pole magnetism has the opposite effect on matter as South pole magnetism. Davis made numerous discoveries that other scientists and/or doctors now claim to be their own discoveries.

As I've already mentioned, it was Davis that first discovered that the North and South poles are separate energies. Another discovery of his is that the "lines of force" of magnetism do not flow around a magnet the way it is presented in textbooks to this day. The magnetic field leaves one pole, travels in a semicircle around to the exact center of the magnet (the Bloch Wall), reverses polarity, and then travels in a semicircle to the opposite pole. The magnetic fields are flowing in both directions simultaneously. Davis also discovered that magnetic energy does not have "lines of force", it has "cables of force", and he photographed these cables of force in the first picture ever taken of magnetic energy. Davis was the first to discover that there are two vortices of magnetic energy at each pole, not one. Here is another quote from Magnetism and Its Effects on the Living System. "Within the wide diameter vortex of a magnet's pole is a similar attracting vortex spin. The magnet's spinning tornado-like vortex contains two expressions of power and energy. Scientists have an incorrect understanding of the true nature of magnetism, so the anwers they are searching for will not be forthcoming. Here is another brief explanation by Davis and Rawls in their fourth book, The Magnetic Blueprint of Life. "Gravity, electricity, the weak force, the strong force, and such, cannot be scientifically examined for more understanding of Nature and the universe without the acceptance and adoption of the separate natural energy of magnetism. Subatomic physics--the proton, electron, neutron, smaller atomic particles--is incapable of furthering studies for clearer understanding without natural magnetism's separate energies." "Magnetism has been relegated to an inferior position in relation to electricity and gravity. As long as this concept exists in the scientific community, there will be only theories on theories, confusion on confusion."

Here is another quote from the section of the article about Torsion. "Because they don’t follow the rules, torsion fields also can explain many well-documented psychic phenomena - for example, why a mother immediately senses that her son has been hurt in a war half way across the world, why qigong masters can exert healing many thousands of miles away, or why long-distance prayer may work."

Now back to Davis and Rawls. This is from an article Rawls wrote in 1976. "The lower the frequency of energy per second the more power is necessary for the distance travelled. The higher the frequency, the less power is necessary, and the longer the distance energy will travel, instantaneously." It's the higher frequencies that explain psychic experiences according to Davis and Rawls, as "the accepted basis of possible thought transmission could not operate in the 1 to 50 cycle range." The 1 to 50 cycle range are those frequencies principally used in ESP and brain vibration research.

In this same article written by Rawls, he wrote about Davis' discovery that "every magnet, every living and non-living system, has similar positive and negative balancing energies, the proof thereof - not just the theory..." And that's the point, Davis was able to prove it! Rawls also mentioned Davis' discovery of "the figure 8 in the joining of the positive and negative energies of nature", and that DNA and RNA form themselves in figures of 8. Rawls then goes on to write that "If Dr. Davis had been a Russian scientist, these two discoveries would have been published all over the world. The Russians may some day announce that they made these discoveries first. They haven't yet decided how to do this. If they make such announcements they will call it a creation not a discovery. This is not our understanding of Nature."

You might want to read this article, if you haven't already, that Davis and Rawls wrote. Pay particular attention to what they wrote about the Russians and their tendancy to take credit for discoveries that are not their own. Torsion fields are said to explain phenomenon in physics, parapsychology, medicine, etc., that were previously unexplainable. Davis and Rawls made these connections many years ago in the science that they founded, Biomagnetism. Science hasn't changed at all. Many scientists still put great effort into seeking out and co-opting someone else's lifetime of work to boost their own status and income, as they have for a long, long time.

CORRECT POLE IDENTIFICATION

First, you need to understand how to correctly identify the polarity of any magnet.  In Davis/Rawls own words:

"The North pole of a magnet seeks  a South pole; likewise, a South  pole seeks a North pole.  The North pole of a magnet  is  NOT the North-SEEKING pole, nor is the South pole the South-SEEKING pole.

In fact, the North-SEEKING pole of a magnet is ACTUALLY the South pole! The South-SEEKING pole of a magnet is the North pole. The rule to remember is OPPOSITES ATTRACT and SIMILARS REPEL.

Test a magnet for correct usage by identifying the separate poles correctly.  Using  a  bar or cylinder magnet, tie a thread around the exact center of the magnet,  with  the  thread having a loose end.

North Pole   energies   cause  mass  to  contract  and condense, rotating in a CCW direction,  while  South  Pole  energies cause mass to  expand  and dissipate, rotating in  a  CW  direction. The Polar Controversies If you are looking for confusion, controversy, and contradictions, you might want to follow politics, or better yet, you might want to look into the questions surrounding the naming of magnetic poles. For instance, is the south pole true south? And is the north pole true north? How a magnetic pole is named is dependent upon convention, and not all conventions are alike. Therefore, you may be getting two magnets from two companies where corresponding sides are called north on one magnet and south on the other. Dr. Zimmerman explains: "We need to understand that there are two ways of naming the north pole of the magnet: convention one and convention two. You have to know which convention you're dealing with. Otherwise, what you're calling north somebody else may be calling south. "Way one of naming the poles of the magnet is called the traditional, scientific, sailor navigation type of way. It assumes that if you suspend a bar magnet on a pivot point, like a compass needle, or maybe on a string from the ceiling, the part of the magnet that points north is labeled the north pole of the magnet, and obviously that end of the magnet that points geographically south is the south pole of the magnet." Zimmerman says that this traditional way of naming the poles is not the one used by most people employing biomagnetic therapy.

"In the biomagnetic nomenclature of identifying the poles of the magnet, it's just the opposite," Zimmerman explains. "That end of the magnet that points north is labeled the south pole because it's attracted to the north pole of the earth. That end of the magnet that attracts the south pole of the earth is labeled the north pole of the magnet because opposites attract." Zimmerman goes on: "People might say, 'Gee, in the traditional way of naming magnets, how can the north pole be pointing north?' The answer uses rather complex reasoning. I don't mean to confuse people, but in the traditional way of naming the poles of the magnet, the reason the north pole of the magnet points north is that the traditionalists assume that the south magnetic pole of the earth is located in the northern hemisphere. That sounds backwards, complex, and confusing, and it is. But that's the way traditional science textbooks and physics textbooks often get around the conundrum that the north pole of the magnet is pointing north. They say that the south pole is located in the northern hemisphere. "That's all very confusing to people, so we like to focus our attention on what we call the biomagnetic definition, which avoids that complexity. It assumes that the north pole of the magnet is where it's supposed to be--in the geographic north pole of the earth, and the south pole is in the southern hemisphere. With this definition, a suspended bar magnet, or the arrowhead of a compass needle that points north, is always the south end of the magnet or the south end of the compass needle. Stated another way, if you have a magnet that is flat, and you want to know which end is north, approach it with a compass needle. That end of the magnet that attracts the arrowhead of the compass needle is the biomagnetic north pole."

Another controversy revolves around the issue of when to use the north, or negative, pole and when to use the south, or positive. One school of thought is based on the ideas of Davis and Rawls, whose studies done in the 1930s suggest that exposure to biomagnetic negative poles enhance health, while biomagnetic positive poles exacerbate disease. More recently, Dr. William Philpott has been championing the Davis and Rawls point of view and drawing conclusions based upon his own clinical experience. Here is what Philpott feels each pole will do: North (Negative) Pole • Relieves pain • Reduces swelling • Promotes tissue alkalinization • Promotes sound, restful sleep • Increases tissue oxygenation • Calms the nervous system • Assists in relief of addictive tendencies

South (Positive) Pole • Accelerates growth indiscriminately • Increases swelling • Promotes tissue acidity • Decreases tissue oxygenation

• Makes sleep less sound and restful • Promotes anxiety There are those who support the claims of Philpott. Yet, scientists wishing to duplicate the work of Davis and Rawls cannot find any data to work from. And a search of the literature shows Philpott to be making more claims than scientific evidence can support at this time. Philpott also promotes his own magnets and may therefore be biased. This is not to say that these claims are false; however, more scientific research confirming or disproving these claims needs to be done.

The only study to date on this issue was published in the September 1990 issue of the "Journal of the National Medical Association." Scientists took petri dishes full of cancer cells and put them in either the biomagnetic north pole end of a magnetic resonance imaging facility or the biomagnetic south pole end. In three weeks, the petri dishes in the north pole end exhibited a dramatic decrease in cell growth, which is what you what you want to see with cancer cells. The dishes in the south end exhibited a slight, but detectable, increase in the rate of cell growth. This is the first experiment to address this question, and more work is clearly needed.

Aging Magnets activate life-promoting enzymatic activity which, in turn, encourages normal cell division. This creates a healthier organism and may then slow down the aging process. Several studies on animals show magnetic therapy to increase lifespan. In order to balance the energy of the organs and glands throughout the body, it has been suggested that one apply magnetic fields to the whole body. Sleeping on a magnetic bed is an excellent way to accomplish this. Drinking magnetized water is another good habit to get into. Additionally, injured or weak areas of the body can be strengthened by applying magnets to these specific sites.

Why is Spin Important?

Areas with moderate, steady clockwise spin have been found to support physical health, harmonious emotional states, and mental clarity.  Clockwise is the “direction of evolution”, meaning that there is a constant tendency for improvement.  Why?  Like the sky being blue, it’s just this way that in any given spot there’s a trend towards improvement or towards disfunction.  Coherence is also experienced as deeper ability to rest during sleep, easier organization of thinking, or organization of physical places and processes, creative thinking, resolution of issues rather than conflict or stagnation, innovation, and so forth.  Whatever is taking place, or whoever is  in the part of a building with a clockwise spin in the background vortex field, will be supported towards greater well-being and improvement. 

Coherence = harmony.

In contrast, areas with counterclockwise, or other than clockwise movements of the pendulum, are weakening,  unharmonious, trending towards greater chaos and conflict rather than harmony, mentally confusing and dulling, emotionally flat, conflicted, agitated, anxious, or over-stimulating such that one cannot naturally relax, center, and integrate experience.  Sleep is more difficult and less restorative.  Even food in the negative EMF environment of most refrigerators will spoil more quickly.  It’s easier to get sick and harder to heal.  These are the patterns of stress.  Incoherence = stress.

I’ve been testing the spin in properties for over 15 years now, and I’ve repeatedly how living in space with a clockwise spin is inherently easier, and living in a counterclockwise, chaotic, over-stimulated or weak field produces loss of a sense of well being, creativity, harmony and productivity in all areas of life.  Those with more sensitive or weakened personal energy will feel the effects sooner, but even a young, robust person will feel the effects over time from cumulative influence, because it takes an expenditure of personal energy to make up for what is lacking around one.  The correct background spin is important like pure water and clean air are important.  One can improve a property in multiple other ways, but if the spin is not right, the quality of life is not what it could be and people, animals and plants will suffer.

Typically, most homes and other buildings have a mix of areas with correct spin, and areas without.  The idea is to correct as much as possible all the areas with an inharmonious spin, but to pay special attention to the places where one spends the most time:  sleeping areas are very important, chairs we sit in for hours to work or relax, the computer we sit in front of and keyboard we type on, the main entrances used, where we exercise, and even the interior of our cars when they’re in motion.

There are geopathic features in nature which can produce a counterclockwise spin, such as certain rock strata, underground water, ley lines, caverns, or man-made items such as pipes, septic tanks, or buried toxins.  “Counterclockwise” (CCW, negative, left-handed or -) spin can be produced by other sources as well, most notably, electromagnetic or radio frequency fields from faulty wiring, electronic and other devices, and cellular devices.  Synthetic materials also tend to have a negative polarity.  Prior difficult events in an area can also leave a negative etheric imprint, which will affect the direction of energy spin.  “Negative” is meant in the sense of polarity, like the negative pole of a magnet.

This field, more subtle than the electromagnetic field, has been called the Vortex Energy or Scalar Field, and it literally has spin, which can shown by testing with a pendulum.  When tested, ideally, the spin will be a relaxed, steady, clockwise spin, indicating the harmonious state called “coherence”.  Anything other than that kind of spinning motion indicates some kind of dissonance, also called noise or interference, which has interrupted the coherence.  Variations found in the spin direction are:  clockwise, counterclockwise, back and forth, changing from one direction to another, a very heightened spin, a weak spin or virtually no spin at all.

SCIENTISTS have created "miracle mice" that can regenerate amputated limbs or damaged vital organs, making them able to recover from injuries that would kill or permanently disable normal animals. And when cells from the test mouse are injected into ordinary mice, they too acquire the ability to regenerate, the US-based researchers say. A new nasal vaccine for Alzheimer’s disease has cleared plaques from the brains of affected mice and will be tested in humans in 2006.

Most previous attempts to produce a therapeutic vaccine have involved antibodies against beta amyloid, a naturally-occurring protein which is widely considered to cause the disease. In Alzheimer’s patients, beta amyloid forms plaques that seem to destroy neurons. But the antibody approach ran into problems three years ago, when a promising vaccine trial was halted after 15 of 360 volunteers developed swelling in the brain.

Now Howard Weiner, at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, US, and his colleagues have tried a new strategy. Weiner was intrigued by the fact that brain inflammation in the earlier trial coincided with exceptional clearance of beta amyloid.

He did some experiments and found that mice with Alzheimer’s treated to develop multiple sclerosis-like brain inflammation also cleared the beta amyloid from their brains. “Sometimes inflammation is good,” he says.

His team discovered that in inducing inflammation they were activating cells in the brain known as microglia, whose job it is to ingest unwanted material. In this case, the microglia were ingesting the beta amyloid. Interestingly, in mice without beta amyloid plaques, no activation took place.

Striking results

The researchers now knew they wanted to switch on the microglia, but they also wanted to do it using drugs safe for humans. They decided on a combination of glatiramer acetate (Copaxone), an approved MS drug that acts as a decoy for errant immune-system attacks, and Protollin, an adjuvant that stimulates innate immunity.

It was given as a nasal mist, a technique Weiner’s lab has had a long interest in. “And it worked,” says Weiner. The combination reduced amyloid beta in the mouse brains by 83% compared to controls.

“The results were quite striking,” says Joanne McLaurin at the University of Toronto, Canada, who has worked extensively on Alzheimer’s vaccines. As always, the question is whether what works in an animal model will work in humans. “Anytime you move from mouse to man there are risks,” says Weiner.

good question, a lot of the stuff out there is crap or not significantly effective.... one issue that arises is that a lot of these gadgets if they do anything at all will only protect against one field type usually electrical, but the mag field emission associated with wifi etc can also be harmful and the only good way to screen against that is with "mu metal" an expensive option. To be truly safe if you are parked next to a big antenna, and its becoming popular with municipalities across the planet to stick these monsters right next to hospitals, fitness and recreation centers, schools, apartments, shopping malls, etc.... is to have a faraday enclosure around yourself.... there are other options that can help - Im about to leave the library, and will be gone for a few hours, remind me to get back to you on this ok?

Yes its so hard to know for sure if these things work, I mean I believe we can counteract the effects I just dont know if the science stands up. you would be far better off, to start out with - get the mesh screen canopy immediately for your bed, this way when you sleep at the very least, half the time of your day to day approx you will have real tangible protection, ie you wont be exposed to it, and add in a grounding sheet for your bed with a grounding cable connected to socket - if the current in your building isnt to dirty, use aq grounding mat at work and just get an actual negative ionizer, a real one, not one with woo woo radionics and orgonite, but just one you get from the local drug store or hardware store, you can get a reasonable one for 70 bucks US on average, this will help offset the damage from exposure a LOT, and Iwill get back to you on more methods as soon as I can, for now tho, generally avoid the 'pendants' and other such things at least for serious EMF protection cos on average they cant and wont deliver what you want and need, not saying there cant be some benefits associated with wearables, just that in your particular situation as you described it, its highly unlikely, seriously

there were a number of sites, cant recall which one you mean exactly.... when dealing with emf, keep in mind that you have to protect against electrical fields, microwave emissions, dirty magnetic fields.... the first two are easier to manage but its harder to protect against mag fields.... to do that you either have to block or cohere the fields... preferably both but especially the former
faraday style protection generally is the best way to go and is most comprehensive as it can filter out a lot of all types of fields but it can also be more cumbersome and expensive

yeah, I didnt watch that vid, honestly my feedback is, esp if money is tight, you want to make sure you spend it on something sound... even simply buying a shirt with a screen built into as an undergarment is better,,, you can get it from the same place that sells the canopy.... most pendants from what ive seen just arent worth the cash... some can have a modest effect on biology but understand, esp in your situation you are being bathed in an ocean of toxicity, a pendant isnt going to offset the overall collateral damage taking place

Generally this is not good, the closer the lines  the worse it is

You have to worry about two parts ; the electric and magnetic field

The magnetic field is harder to shield from altho it has less propagation distance, only certain materials such as mu metal
can block mag fields

There can be some small variance in electro-pollution leaking from lines, this is related to factors like how are the lines insulated, are they old or new lines, how far are the lines from you

Most power lines will be standardized to a local municipality, some places having older infrastructure may be slightly different from newer places, but the power / current out put from most lines are
not something you want to have in close proximity

You can shield the electrical field more easily at least, if you are stuck in such a place I would at the very least recommend that you
protect yourself while you sleep, you can use something like
a bed canopy style fabric based faraday cage, for solutions
like these see ;

Application Note: How Much Area Do I need to Cover?

The amount of shielding that you will achieve depends on many factors, including the size and shape of the shield. When using a flat shield on a wall, floor, or ceiling to shield a source of field that is close to the shield (within 8 inches), plan to cover an area that extends at least to the 2 mG line.

Method:

1- Using your gaussmeter, slide along the surface of the wall to locate the hot spot to be shielded.
2- Now slide the gaussmeter to the right, to the left, up, and down to identify how far you must shield to get to the 2 mG line.

Make sure to check for additional sources of magnetic field (lights, wiring, appliances and so on), that may be located inside adjacent walls, floor, ceiling or within the same room.

A circuit breaker box (or fuse box) in the bedroom, living room, kitchen, or other living space can be a real problem. Strong magnetic field emissions (depending on how much electric current is flowing) and electric field emissions can make the nearby area hazardous to occupy, especially for long periods. Shielding is certainly possible, but the shield must not hamper quick and easy access to the controls inside the box.

If you are handy, you can use the magnetic shielding materials listed below to make your own hinged shield. If you want an easier solution, here it is. It’s a picture (or poster) in a nice frame, with high performance Giron shielding material behind the picture. Just put a nail above the breaker box and hang the shielded picture where you need it. The bigger the shield, the better the shielding. In our tests, a 2-foot section of Giron in a 24x36 inch frame provided 50-70% reduction of magnetic field. IMPORTANT NOTICE:
While the special alloys in Magnetic Shielding Foil, Mag-Stop Plates, Joint Shield, and Metglas, exhibit high magnetic permeability, there are many factors which affect the amount of magnetic shielding you will achieve by using these materials. The list of such factors includes: size and shape of the source of the magnetic field, size and shape of the shielded area, seams in the shielding material, frequency of the magnetic field, distance from shield to source, orientation of shield to the source, thickness and heat treatment of shielding material, etc.

Because we have no control over many of these factors, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific shielding performance for a specific application of these materials. Also, note that foils, ribbons and plates, once cut by us to your specifications, are not refundable.

Here are some basic guidelines for shield design on a circuit box to get you started:
1] Naturally, you must first make measurements of the magnetic fields, which are present. Remember to make measurements under various conditions, as the readings will change according to how much electric current is flowing at the time of the reading. Also, find out if there are other sources, such as wiring leading to the circuit box, nearby fluorescent lights, etc.

2] Determine how much attenuation (reduction) you want. This will influence the choice for thickness of the Mag-Stop Plate shield, or the number of layers used. Most would recommend that you achieve readings of 2.5 mG or less in areas where people will be spending a lot of time.

3] In general, you will extend the shield at least 2 feet beyond the size of the circuit box (or other fairly concentrated source), in all directions. The distance from the shield to the box will be a factor.

4] Remember that you will end up concentrating the field at the edges of the shield. In other words, the field will be stronger at the edge of the shield as compared to having no shield at all. So think about positioning the edges away from where the people are likely to be.

5] Also remember that you will achieve the greatest % reduction up close to the center of the shield (where the field is strongest anyway). As you back away from the shield, the % reduction decreases.

6] Finally, for large shields, one must take saturation into account. This occurs when the Earth's magnetic field (about 400 mG) interacts with a large shield, reducing its effectiveness, unless special "high saturation" (MagnetShield) shielding alloys are incorporated into the design.

In the end, some experimenting is often necessary to ensure proper shield thickness and placement.

When you need more than one Mag-Stop Plate to cover an area, how do you handle the joints? Joint-Shield is the perfect solution! This is a generous .010" thick, fully hydrogen annealed magnetic shielding alloy with adhesive backing (rated 0 - 200°F) on one side. Simply butt the Mag-Stop plates tightly together, and "tape" over the seam with Joint-Shield high permeabilty alloy. This method offers much less bulk and better appearance than the old overlap technique and provides excellent shielding integrity. Simple to use: just cut to desired length with a heavy scissors, peel the protective backing and press into place!

Joint-Shield can also be used by itself as an excellent magnetic shielding material when a 4" width and adhesive backing is desirable (wrap it around wiring and conduit, speaker magnets, even small appliances like shavers and hair dryers!). Joint-Shield can be shaped by hand, without the need for special tools, but watch the sharp edges.

WHY THEY CARE

I cant say I agree with the person responding to your questions, except the part about transformers.

Generally this is not good, the closer the lines the worse it is

You have to worry about two parts ; the electric and magnetic field

The magnetic field is harder to shield from altho it has less propagation distance, only certain materials such as mu metal
can block mag fields

There can be some small variance in electro-pollution leaking from lines, this is related to factors like how are the lines insulated, are they old or new lines, how far are the lines from you

Most power lines will be standardized to a local municipality, some places having older infrastructure may be slightly different from newer places, but the power / current out put from most lines are
not something you want to have in close proximity

You can shield the electrical field more easily at least, if you are stuck in such a place I would at the very least recommend that you
protect yourself while you sleep, you can use something like
a bed canopy style fabric based faraday cage, for solutions
like these see ;

Application Note: How Much Area Do I need to Cover?

The amount of shielding that you will achieve depends on many factors, including the size and shape of the shield. When using a flat shield on a wall, floor, or ceiling to shield a source of field that is close to the shield (within 8 inches), plan to cover an area that extends at least to the 2 mG line.

Method:

1- Using your gaussmeter, slide along the surface of the wall to locate the hot spot to be shielded.
2- Now slide the gaussmeter to the right, to the left, up, and down to identify how far you must shield to get to the 2 mG line.

Make sure to check for additional sources of magnetic field (lights, wiring, appliances and so on), that may be located inside adjacent walls, floor, ceiling or within the same room.

A circuit breaker box (or fuse box) in the bedroom, living room, kitchen, or other living space can be a real problem. Strong magnetic field emissions (depending on how much electric current is flowing) and electric field emissions can make the nearby area hazardous to occupy, especially for long periods. Shielding is certainly possible, but the shield must not hamper quick and easy access to the controls inside the box.

If you are handy, you can use the magnetic shielding materials listed below to make your own hinged shield. If you want an easier solution, here it is. It’s a picture (or poster) in a nice frame, with high performance Giron shielding material behind the picture. Just put a nail above the breaker box and hang the shielded picture where you need it. The bigger the shield, the better the shielding. In our tests, a 2-foot section of Giron in a 24x36 inch frame provided 50-70% reduction of magnetic field. IMPORTANT NOTICE:
While the special alloys in Magnetic Shielding Foil, Mag-Stop Plates, Joint Shield, and Metglas, exhibit high magnetic permeability, there are many factors which affect the amount of magnetic shielding you will achieve by using these materials. The list of such factors includes: size and shape of the source of the magnetic field, size and shape of the shielded area, seams in the shielding material, frequency of the magnetic field, distance from shield to source, orientation of shield to the source, thickness and heat treatment of shielding material, etc.

Because we have no control over many of these factors, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific shielding performance for a specific application of these materials. Also, note that foils, ribbons and plates, once cut by us to your specifications, are not refundable.

Here are some basic guidelines for shield design on a circuit box to get you started:
1] Naturally, you must first make measurements of the magnetic fields, which are present. Remember to make measurements under various conditions, as the readings will change according to how much electric current is flowing at the time of the reading. Also, find out if there are other sources, such as wiring leading to the circuit box, nearby fluorescent lights, etc.

2] Determine how much attenuation (reduction) you want. This will influence the choice for thickness of the Mag-Stop Plate shield, or the number of layers used. Most would recommend that you achieve readings of 2.5 mG or less in areas where people will be spending a lot of time.

3] In general, you will extend the shield at least 2 feet beyond the size of the circuit box (or other fairly concentrated source), in all directions. The distance from the shield to the box will be a factor.

4] Remember that you will end up concentrating the field at the edges of the shield. In other words, the field will be stronger at the edge of the shield as compared to having no shield at all. So think about positioning the edges away from where the people are likely to be.

Your Business Forecast begins on the following page. If the time period for an interpretation is, for example, given as "Apr 1, 1997 (Feb 15, 1997 to May 15, 1997)", then it starts in mid-February, reaches greatest intensity around April 1, and ends in mid-May. The first date listed is the time when the influence has reached maximum strength; we can call this date the "peak date". The influence starts on the beginning date, gradually increases in strength until the peak date is reached, and then it gradually fades out until the ending date is reached.

You may also notice that the same interpretation shows up periodically during the year; this is not unusual. That is to say, the first factor that appears is always the transiting planet (present position of the planet in the zodiac), while the second component of the pair is "natal", or the position it was in the zodiac at your birth. Also, the Midheaven (MC) is the apex or beginning of the 10th house.

At the beginning of each interpretation the complete name of the aspect and the two factors involved are given in capitalized letters. As before, the first planet is in "transit" while the Midheaven is "natal". Below it, the INTENSITY of the aspect is indicated in a scale from 1 to 10. That is to say, an aspect with an influence of 1 is very weak and may not even be noticed. On the other hand, an influence of 10 is very powerful. We can consider aspects with an intensity of 8, 9 or 10 VERY STRONG, 6 or 7 STRONG, 4 or 5 AVERAGE, DECREASING at 2 or 3 and VERY WEAK at 0 or 1.

This report outlines the aspects between the transiting planets on one hand, and the apex or beginning of the 10th house in the natal chart on the other. Traditionally, besides the ten astrological planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto), two points in the chart are considered very important. The first is the Ascendant or beginning of the 1st house, related to the personality and appearance of the individual. The second is the Midheaven or apex of the 10th house, connected with the materialization of goals and initiatives, as well as professional success and social recognition. The Midheaven represents the aims or goals and the desire for concrete action. Therefore, the astrological aspects that affect the Midheaven are important in choosing the right time to start a business, commercial or professional initiative.

First, this report is based on the birth date of the owner, founder, or major associate of the business in question. In case there is more than one relevant associate, it is advisable to consult the Business Forecast for the second associate as well.

Second, to obtain this report, the party should provide an approximate time for the business to be opened. The report then will give relevant dates for the most advantageous and least desirable time to proceed with it. In case there is more than one owner, it would be ideal to locate a date in both forecasts that may have positive aspects or, at least, that neither have disharmonious aspects.

But one might question the date one must consider. Does it constitute the date the corporation was formed, the day on which the license was obtained, the day the premises were rented, or the moment in which the toast was made? The answer is very simple. The date of astrological validity is the one on which the business started to serve the public. This is the real "birth" of the business, while everything else constitutes the period of "gestation" of that enterprise.

As a rule, it can be said that the best time for opening a business, in order of strongest to weakest influence, is the following (a higher intensity indicates greater influence): Existence of a TRINE (strong harmonious aspect) between a planet and the Midheaven; Existence of a CONJUNCTION (neutral aspect) between a beneficial planet and the Midheaven (only Jupiter conjunct MC can be considered here); Existence of a SEXTILE (mild harmonious aspect) between a planet and the Midheaven; Existence of a CONJUNCTION (neutral aspect) between a planet (except Jupiter) and the Midheaven.

On the other hand, the most problematic dates for founding a business, in order of strongest to weakest influence, are the following: Existence of a SQUARE (strong disharmonious aspect) between a planet and the Midheaven;  Existence of an OPPOSITION (mild disharmonious aspect) between a planet and the Midheaven.

In any case, as this is not a report of determination but only orientation, the explanations of the "squares" and "oppositions" give advice and practical solutions for the businesses that may have started during some of these dates. This is especially useful for those that already have opened their business and read this report to find out what astrological aspects were in effect at the time they started their business. In case of harmonious aspects (trines and sextiles) suggestions are also given on how to obtain the maximum benefits of that astrological influence.

Lastly, it can be said that the "peak dates" possess the purest influence. It is recommended to make use of the harmonious peak dates, if possible. Thus, the mixture of influences is avoided in case there is more than one aspect during given days.

You can book sessions in hour blocks of 1 or 2 hours at different rates.

Note, consult sessions must be prepaid and booked a minimum of five days in advance. Bookings are non-refundable, but if needed time slots can be changed with 24 hour notice given.
