“I wrote in about sticking a knife into my finger
a few
days ago. It was a freak
accident that left a gaping hole
in the inside of
the web of my index finger, the impact of

some bruising and definite swelling.

Have to say, I have had an abundance of energy and feels like

I recently downloaded the new manifestation frequencies, and
have been playing them
for the past 24 hours.
I don't know what they are *supposed* to be doing, but for
me, they have really helped
with the lingering cold and anxiety that I
and a half. The frequencies felt like they were 'clearing
out' whatever was keeping
the cold from leaving. Same with the anxiety.
In fact, I began playing 'blue fire' first (in error),
instead of the grounding one, and fell
asleep on it while it played all night. When
