When scanning,
analysing and diagnosing – I use a composite approach of my own unique custom

The zodiac signs are

PLANETS

The planets, sun and
moon, their placement in the zodiac when you were born and their movements or
transits through the sky in the past, present and future - these are considered
to be the major influences on the zodiac signs in western astrology. In fact,
the planets give astrology its meaning. At the moment we are born, every planet
in our solar system as well as the moon and sun occupied a particular position,
which is represented in a person's natal chart in the various houses of
astrology. The relative positions of the planets as they move through the
houses form angles and aspects which are infinitely changing. The inner planets
move more quickly than the outer planets. Thus whole generations may be
influenced more by one planet than another, though the astrological climate can
change fairly quickly due to the steady movement of the planets through the
constellations and signs of the zodiac. Although planets are said to rule
certain signs, they all have some degree of influence over every sign. Thinking
of how the moon influences tides and how it influences mood, or how we feel
when the sun is shining versus a dark and rainy day, it is easy to imagine that

Before I looked at
your chart and was reviewing our intial dialogue, learning about the challenges
you were facing, I suspected that you may be dealing with afflicted planets
such as Mercury, Neptune and Uranus and likely houses and signs of the 3rd and
6th and Gemini.
It turned out that I
was correct, but I will detail the specific astrological findings later in this

I used my own special
proprietary tool I call “Fahlia” to get a separate and additional scan of your

PROBABILITY
FORECASTING

Perspective has an effect on the outcome, the
observer inside, outside or

The model starts from an experiment with an
associated mathematical structure ;
the field of events ( probability
field). The event is the primary
component of
the model. There are many event categories
which can be predefined.
Boolean algebra can describe this field. Elementary, compound, and complex events
are inherent and can exist as exclusive,
nonexclusive, independent and
non-independent events.
Events can be identified as sets, parts of
the sample space.
The probability field is triple the sample
space (field of events) –
probability function.
Practical sample spaces are finite, the field
of events is the set of parts of the
sample space (implicitly finite) and the
probability function is given by the definition
of probability on a finite set of fields.
Any event that can be forecasted, no matter
how complex can be decomposed into basic units
in relation to the union of sets.

To summarize simply,
astrology represents a metaphoric index of qualitative
experiences evoked by
gravitational changes in the movements of mass
through space and
time. Human behaviour, potentials,
outcomes, bias,
and trends can be

probable state for a

MERLIN is the first, scientifically-based forecasting
technology that combines equations derived from celestial phenomena with past

ABOUT MERLIN
MERLIN is a computer-based forecasting technology that
combines equations derived from planetary time cycles with past historical data
and blends that information into a chronograph or "timetrak�" that plots the timetable of future events. It was
created by Boston-based futurist Paul Guercio, the nationally-respected time
pattern researcher and physicist Dr. George Hart, excimer laser co-inventor and
currently a Pentagon contractor, performing work related to interceptor
laser-based radar development. MERLIN was initially developed in the summer of
1989. In the fall of the same year, the collapse of the Honicker government in
East Germany and subsequent dissolution of the entire Soviet Union, was MERLIN's
first and most prescient call to date. The chronographs for the various East
European and Balkan satellites (Romania, Albania; various heads of state, etc.)
were so unstable and dramatic that we initially thought that if accurate, we
were either previewing World War III or the complete collapse of Soviet
Communism. Both seemed equally remote at the time. But clearly, a series of
unprecedented events was at hand. Then, remarkably, the Berlin Wall fell and
the Cold War ended, abruptly, with barely a whimper. MERLIN had spotted and
captured what few analysts had dared to suggest. Just like that! It was this
unlikely sequence of mathematically uncommon occurrences that convinced us to
press forward with our research. Our experience has been that MERLIN makes the
correct call at least 70% of the time, over the course of 15 years of research,
in addressing questions where a 'coin toss' often represents the extent of
current technology.
ONSET + INTENSITY + DURATION
MERLIN Timetraks provide a picture of three time-sensitive
functions: onset, intensity and duration. Onset means the point of appearance
of uncharacteristic activity or heightened eventfulness (within 90-180 days of
real time.) It represents the time coordinates in a chronograph, where there is
a pronounced restructuring in the character of the trendline or where a clearly
defined episode begins.
Intensity means the value of the trendline at a particular
time-interval, relative to the average level of activity present in that
chronograph. Duration means the extent of a given episode; how long does the
trend-line demonstrate significant activity. How long will a given episode (or
portion of an episode) last.
INTERPRETING MERLIN TIMETRAKS
The MERLIN chronograph or timetrak is a composite image that
is made up of two separate time models. The solid or darker portion of the
display is often reflective of EXTERNAL objective realities, when applied to an
individual. It indicates factors such as their career, status or living
situation. The shaded or lighter portion reflects more INTERNAL subjective
concerns, for example health or emotional matters. Analogous factors can often
be applied even to countries or projects and situations, where a meaningful
reference can be drawn. An example might be the strength of the fabric of a
society as compared to say, it's GDP or domestic output. There can also be
another dimension to these shading differences. The solid or darker portion of
the display generally identifies the level of culminating long-term cyclic activity.
It represents factors affecting the situation that have a structural or `fixed'
quality. The kind of conditions we generally think of as 'fate.'The shaded or
lighter portion generally indicates the level of cumulative short-term
activity. It represents factors that have a less stable, more `fluid' quality.
These are the kinds of con-
ditions we associate with consciousness-driven circumstance
or `free will.'
Heightened eventfulness most often occurs when both patterns
appear simultaneously or when one gives way to the other. In general, MERLIN
isolates "episodic periods," that is, a chain of activity
containing a "peak" and surrounded by approaching
and departing "foothills."
The most dramatic chain and peak usually marks the most
significant series of events.
A single, very intense but short-lived episode can be
indicated by an isolated spike of activity. When this occurs, there is often
very little activity indicated in the year preceding or following that episode.
Rapid changes in the character of the trendline are generally more telling than
subtle changes. For example, the height of the line is a good indication of
probable intensity. This can be substantially reinforced by how dramatically
the height is achieved or conversely, how rapidly it decays (within how limited
a timeframe does the change occur.) Always note the sudden drops or sudden
spurts. Key change or transition points are marked by sudden shifts from one
kind of line to another, the sudden (temporary) appearance of a different kind
of line, which then reverts back to the original; the beginning of a line that
then persists or the end of such a line. These and certain other patterns,
signal separate episodic periods. The "point of appearance" of change
is for many users the most noteworthy factor followed by the duration. The
intensity of the change is generally relative to the level of activity
displayed within that entire chronograph and provides highly useful information
about the scope of change to come.
Change points are always approximate, but generally fall
within 90 to 180 days of the actual, real-time events. In its current form,
MERLIN performs at a high level of accuracy better than 70% of the time. That
may seem like barely a passing grade to some, unless you stop to consider that
the alternative (at present) is most often, mere guesswork.
NOTE: At present, the software alone does not make specific
predictions regarding the precise nature of a forthcoming event or episode.
And, it cannot provide a detailed forecast of the actual circumstances to
occur. Those forecasts require review by an experienced analyst with a solid
working knowledge of the cast of characters and overall context of the
situation. Also, a minimum of (3) MERLIN Timetraks� that represent the key players or factors in the situation
under consideration are typically required for the most precise time-sensitive
forecasts. This triangulation permits common points of convergence in the
trendlines to be isolated, noted and interpreted with a high degree of confidence.
In such cases, a better than 75% accuracy rate has been demonstrated in over 15

SYNASTRY :
Synastry is a method of
comparing two or more horoscopes This makes it possible to find the interaspects,
i.e. the aspects between the planets and axes of one
horoscope to another one. The method also shows where the planets in one
horoscope fall in the other one and vice versa. Synastry can be used to compare
many kinds of relationships, such as those between politicians and the state,
stock shares and speculators, business partners, work colleagues, or parent and
child. Synastry is most frequently used for romantic relationships. It is an
effective and easily understood method, and it can be combined with predictive methods such as transits.
It is also used to compare the relationship between a single individual's natal
chart and the solar return chart.

Astrocartography
A
method developed in the 1970s by the American astrologer Jim Lewis whereby it is possible to
calculate whether a planet is located in a prominent position, i.e. in
conjunction with an axis at any particular point in time, by referring to a special
map of the world. The very specific and rather unusual term Astro*CartoGraphy
was been coined because of copyright issues, it is a protected trademark. In
this article the term Astrocartography is used.[1]
Numerous
lines are marked on an Astrocartography world map.
For each
of the ten planets there are four possible ways a planet can be in aspect to an
axis – namely conjunct
the Ascendant, Descendant, Medium Coeli or Imum Coeli. A total of 40 lines can
be found on the Astrocartography map. The vertical straight lines show where
planets are conjunct the Medium or Imum Coeli and the curved lines where they
are conjunct the Ascendant and Descendant.

measured by the angle or semi-angle of inclination between those two lines.

Vocational Profiling is perhaps the greatest service an astrologer can offer:
it is practical and

identity within the social matrix; it taps into the sense of personal
self-fulfillment and affects so much
of who we are. –And it is undeniable that so many, many people are in
professional activity that is
unfulfilling for them; they are frustrated, unhappy, lost. The Midheaven
Extension Process can clarify
this predicament and open exploration for change, adjustment, expansion,
fulfillment; and, of course,
adjustments are easier the younger the person is.
The Midheaven Extension Process brings the planets down to earth, so to speak.
We find an
extension of individual NEEDS and behavioral aptitudes channeled from the
Midheaven into the
Houses; repetitive House reference(s) tell the story. That’s what we look for
within our channeling;
usually it is easy to see, quick to find.
1. Note MH Sign; channeling starts with its ruler. –Double-bodied (more than
one profession,
simultaneously or sequentially?)
2. Dispositor dynamics lead out to connections with other planets; contact is
more important than the
nature of the aspect; retrogradation plays no role.
3. High influence: a planet on the Midheaven or in aspect to it or tightly on
an Angle
4. Mutual reception, somehow relating to the Midheaven or its ruler
5. A stellium increases focus on a particular House
6. The oriental planet ... the House(s) it rules
7. A peregrine planet … the House(s) it rules
8. Planet at the Aries point
9. High importance: the House occupied by the Moon; and the Moon’s Sign.

Oriental or Occidental
These two are totally absent from modern Astrology. Neither is a major
influence but they can add to the ability to act or detract from it.
Lilly gives two simple definitions.
‘Oriental is to rise before the Sun’ i.e. the planet is seen in the morning sky
before sunrise
‘Occidental is to set after the Sun’, i.e. the planet is seen in the evening
sky after sunset
These two definitions work perfectly for Venus and Mercury but with the other
planets Lilly has to add further words of definition. For the Moon and the
superior planets (Mars, Jupiter and Saturn) orientality depends on whether the
planet is between the conjunction and the opposition with the Sun or between
the opposition and the conjunction.
As the Sun is faster than the three superior planets and the Moon is faster
than the Sun, it’s no surprise to learn that the definition is different for
the superiors and the Moon. The Moon is oriental from her opposition to her
conjunction, i.e. when she is waning or decreasing in light. She is occidental
between the conjunction and the opposition (Full Moon) when she is waxing or
increasing in light.
For the three superiors the situation is the opposite. They are oriental from
the conjunction to the opposition and occidental from the opposition to the
conjunction (see attached sheet)
Mercury, Venus and the Moon gain +2 points when they are occidental and lose -2
points when they are oriental. For the superiors, they gain +2 when oriental
(the Sun and hence combustion are leaving them) and lose two points when the
Sun is moving towards them (they are occidental)
The use of this in horary, or indeed any form of Astrology is of relatively
minor importance, but occasionally the gain of strength or loss of strength may
tip you to the right judgement when other dignities are evenly balanced.

How to Find the Oriental Planet
Whichever planet rises ahead of the Sun is known as the oriental planet.
Find the oriental planet in your chart.
To find the oriental planet in your chart first locate the Sun and
then look clockwise to the next planet. This will be the oriental
planet.
The oriental planet may be close to the Sun or over half a chart’s distance
before the oriental planet is found.
The oriental planet is also known as the eastern, vespertine or scout
planet. Because of its placement with regard to the Sun it can often be
seen before dawn.
It is almost like a harbinger for the Sun which has much to say about it’s
meaning.
Inner planets.
Mercury and Venus are more frequently in the oriental position
because they travel with the Sun through the zodiac. Both the inner
planets can be oriental at their inferior and superior conjunction to
the Sun.
The Sun can never be the oriental planet.

Q. Being a Christian, how do I justify practicing astrology with what it says
in the Bible?
A. I find it odd that we can follow a man-made map to Idaho or the next town,
but we cannot follow a God-made map that has been in place since the beginning
of time . . . Genesis, to be precise! Genesis means, "origin, birth,
beginning."
And God said, "Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to
divide the day from the night; and let them be for "signs," and for
seasons, and for days, and years: - Genesis 1:14
What does "and let them be for signs" mean? I believe He placed those
signs in the sky to help us along our path. To give us insight and direction.
I also find it odd that society approves of following a meteorologists
forecast, but an astrological forecast is out of the question. I just don't
agree with that kind of logic (if there is any). Meteorology is a forecast! The
degree of likelihood about an impending storm would be easy to forecast or a
sunny day for that matter, but the wind can change at any minute. Astrology can
predict the future but it does not absolutely tell your future because that
would eliminate your 'free will'. I feel that if you eliminate 'free will' then
you eliminate God and that is impossible because God gave us the gift of 'free
will'. Anyone can make a prediction about the future but it does not mean their
prediction will be right because of the 'free will over-ride'.
When bad things happen to Good people, sometimes people get angry at God, but
we have to remember that 'human beings have free will." God will not take
away our 'free will'. It was a gift that He will not take back. If we drive
drunk, that is our 'free will' and we will pay for it. If a terrorist slides a
plane into a skyscraper like a tape into a VCR player, that is not God, it is
the horrific side of a human being and what he chose to do with his 'free
will'. God will not interfere with our 'free will'. I do believe that we have
Angels from God whispering in our ears all the time in order to influence our
Good behavior, but even Angels cannot interfere with our 'free will'. We are
the ones who ultimately choose.
Imagine if you knew ahead of time a predicted scenario and how you can invoke
your 'free will' and be prepared to make better decisions.
When consulting with my clients, I let them know the negative and positive of a
given planetary aspect and what each side looks like. The client ultimately
decides which road he/she will travel. It is fairly easy to predict if a woman
will run back to a man who beats her, "because she Loves him" and how
long it will probably take before she moves on. Again, it is all 'free will'
and she 'gets to' choose how many times she will repeat herself.
I feel that God gave us a map and certain people (like myself) who are gifted
to read the map. I didn't create the stars, constellations and planetary
energies, but I do understand them, how they work and how to use them. Folks, I
just read the map that God created. Plain and simple.
And let's not forget about the North Star, which led the 3 Magi to our Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ. I would say that is a pretty big sign. Do you know what
Magi means? Take a guess.
Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king,
behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is He
that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are
come to worship him. - Matthew 2:1-2
When they heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in
the east, went before them, till came and stood over where the young child was.
When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy. - Matthew
2:9-10
Even Jesus makes a reference to the "signs," which will tell us what
will be going on over the earth.
There will be powerful earthquakes, famines, and plagues from place to place;
and awesome sights and mighty "signs" will come from the sky. - Luke
21:11
And there shall be "signs" in the sun, and in the moon, and in the
stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the
waves roaring. - Luke 21:25
What do you suppose Jesus means when he says, "signs will come from the
sky." Or when he says, "signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the
stars."
Q. Being a 'Bold in the Name of Jesus' type of Christian, what is my position
on astrology?
A. Astrology does not take the place of God. Astrology is a guide or a tool to
help you get to the place that you desire to be. It's a map, so to speak, much
like a Trip-Tik from AAA. Follow the map and you'll get there just fine (and on
time too). Further, everything is dependent upon our 'free will'. Everything!
Therefore, we can invoke our free will and "choose" to respond
negatively or positively to any given scenario. Certainly astrology can
'predict' or 'forecast' but that does not mean that it will be accurate because
YOU have 'free will', which could change the outcome at any time. You 'get to'
choose. But then again, astrology can point out the negative and positive
aspects of a given scenario and when you choose, it is amazing how indeed
accurate it is when you take into account both sides of the decision. Knowing
both sides ahead of time certainly keeps us on track and off the detoured back
roads of Life.
For the cynics, I find it interesting that it is okay to follow a
metereologist's forecast or outlook, yet they poo-poo an astrologer's forecast
or outlook. I also find it interesting by the cynics that it is okay to follow
a road map to get to the place that you desire to be, yet an astrological road
map has no merit. I think if you can read a road map (that is man-made) or a
follow a meterologist forecast (that is man-made), then you can read a
star/astrology map that God-made. We have maps to get us where we want to go on
earth, and another map that is in the sky.
Further, in astrology, just as in meterology, a forecast does not necessarily
mean that it will happen. This is because we have "free will" and can
make a Life changing decision at any minute, just as the weather can change
direction at any minute. Even if the astrological forecast says one thing, you
still get to choose with your 'free will'. There are negative and positive
decisions with everything and you 'get to' choose. We can choose to act and
react to a given situation either negatively or positively. And in meterology,
there is only so much a metereologist can forecast, but the weather will do as
the weather pleases, (i.e. "Free Will of Nature.")
We were all born with special gifts, certain energies and different
circumstances, and when we are aware of these qualities we can
"choose" to use them to our advantage, thereby increasing our ability
and likelihood of calling Good things into our Life. Everyone, and I mean
everyone was born with challenges to overcome, but it is precisely those challenges
that are meant to get you to the place that you are suppose to be. You don't
have to learn from a challenge. You can sit in it and stew about it if you
'choose' to.
We all experience some form of abuse, misuse, disuse, overuse and reuse at any
given time in our Life. We can invoke our 'free will' and be angry, blame
someone else, go to jail, overspend, overeat, drink ourselves into an ugly
stupor or smoke until we can't breathe anymore. It's all part of the lesson. We
'get to' choose the negative or positive based on our experiences. In
astrology, taking into account all of the planetary energies surrounding a
person, we can certainly forecast or predict what that person's next move might
be. If a person is conscious of their negative tendencies, they will probably
embrace the positive side of the whole scenario and Life changes in a positive
direction.
