Phantom
forms produced by electricity in magnetic fields! This amazing phenomenon

researchers from the University of Maryland geophysics department were detained
in Fort Meade, Maryland, apparently by agents of the National Security Agency,

about the majestic heavens? Yes he has. Finally,

Why was it that at the turn of the century, the Geodetic Survey Department
of both the French and United States governments made
certain tests which upset the Copernican theory, then DECIDED THAT
THEY SHOULD BE KEPT SECRET? What, actually, were these
tests, and should they be repeated today, under the most severe test conditions?

So if the aura is this Meissner field and we only die because it
becomes too weak to maintain a connection with the human body....then
we should be able to recharge it to keep it in place. Of
course the first and preferred method is rejuvenation to a younger state
where our bodies produce many new growing cells (and are superconducting) for
several years as we age."
The second option would be some way to inductively charge the
Meissner field, possible along the lines of the Dotto
Ring where we stand inside a superconducting ring that very slowly sweeps over

The idea being inductive coupling like removing the tail of a
firefly and when we rub it, the luciferase is excited to produce light for
several minutes...as the light fades, rub it again and it will again produce
light. The question is how long would such a charge last for each stimulation?

The field intensity of the aura is what determines everything in
our body....so the stronger the Meissner field, the more perfect the pattern
that is copied/written into the flesh....as we age, the field weakens so
transcription becomes garbled and we wind up with defective parts and cancers
and such...all of which weakens us to cause death.

There are no clouds, virtually no air pressure up there, hardly any air
molecules at all to block the beautiful light of the multitude of stars that
should all but encompass him in one majestic Milky-Way throng of delight. He
should have a view of the stars like at the Mojave desert
times 10.
Ah, but his eyes have
been so overwhelmed by the sun’s dazzling light that the light of the stars
have been pushed out, despite his dark protective visor on his helmet. Never
mind eh.
All the above
observable evidence have their excuses, however likely
or unlikely, as to why not a single star has ever been shown in any verifiable
footage in the stratosphere; but it certainly raises eyebrows.

A follow-up to the
Rhodes observation was an article printed in the Revue
Spirite (Paris), written by M. Henri Azam. M.
Azam has obtained his material,
from an experimenter who
desired to remain unknown except to the publication's
editors. This
unknown student was quoted as follows:
"In the
pursuit of my specialized work in the occult and psychic fields I
long desired to
find out whether it was possible to reconstitute the astral
form by means of
sound vibrations. It was my belief that mediumistic
phenomena, when
they are serious in character, are exclusively the result of
setting in action
some force for which the medium is the CONDENSER. It was
my purpose,
therefore, to reconstitute a sphere of synchronous vibrations
analogous to
those which emanate from the human entity, but to do so without
the intervention
of any medium..."
The following methods
were used by the experimenter. Two machines of static
electricity were arranged so that the plates would turn in opposite
directions.
The positions and
distance between the plates were so arranged as to be
susceptible to infinite
vibration. As a result there was a variable and
sensitive magnetic
(electrostatic) field formed.
A membrane covered with lycompodium powder was placed at the variable point so
that it vibrated
according to the electric wave lengths employed. The
vibrations were
intensified by adding the factors of light, sound, and
perfumes. A magic
lantern was directed upon the variable point for light
effects; an organ was used for sound effects.

counter-rotating electrostatic disks must have been on a horizontal
axis to allow the
membrane to lie flat for the lycopodium powder....Vangard)
"Under these
conditions on several different occasions I was able to obtain
the formation of
human and animal forms, which appeared in the magnetic
field. At
first these were only partial, but twice I succeeded in obtaining
complete
forms. They ALWAYS PRESENTED themselves in the sensitive field and
near the variable
point. Three photographic negatives, exceedingly clear
and sharply defined,
were obtained of these vibrational forms."
The conclusions of the
experimenter are that he has been able to obtain
responding vibrations of
the astral or psychic world; that the results cannot
be ascribed to
imagination or hallucination; that the forms which appear are
not spirits, but empty
and discarded etheric or astral bodies or shells; that
it is therefore possible
to obtain psychic phenomena without the aid of human
mediums.
The importance of these
observations is obvious. Once again we have
apparently
found a realm in which
the physical and astral worlds merge. Additional
research in this domain
of phenomena would be physical, and would not require
the services of a
medium. Nevertheless the ability to form a
window or vortex
between two vibratory
planes might result.
First
of all, what are these
forms? Are they abandoned etheric bodies or
disintegrating thought
forms? Etheric bodies, which are regarded as links
between the physical and
astral bodies, are abandoned soon after physical
death, according to the
theory, and they slowly disintegrate in a vibratory
plane known as the
'astral cemetery' which lies very close to the
vibratory
limits of our visible
physical plane. It is also supposed that these empty
etheric bodies remain
close to the decaying physical bodies until they are
dissolved into their
original basic elements. Being held nearby by various
subtle affinities, these
etheric shells are said to be the cause of reported
graveyard phantoms.
If this is true, the
best place to set up an experimental electric/magnetic
field would be in a
cemetery vault or in a building close to a cemetery. This
is an experiment the
writer plans to make when conditions permit.
Positive
results would indicate
that these forms, if successfully obtained, are actually
etheric bodies abandoned
by progressing astral bodies.
One more thought should
be presented; the possibility that natural electric
phenomena may provide
conditions for psychic phenomena should not be
overlooked. There
are many reports of phantoms observed DURING ELECTRICAL
STORMS. Apparent
poltergeist activity are often displayed during
intense
electrical atmospheric
stress. Ball lightning often exhibits the directions
and actions of apparent
intelligence.
For example, the late
Charles F. Talman, government meteorologist, in an
article in Readers
Digest, June 1935, tells of a ball of lightning entering an
open window, travelling
about the room as if exploring it, then finally
departing by the window
it has entered.
More amazing cases will
be found in Flammarion's work, THE PRANKS OF LIGHTNING.
In all
of these occurrences tricks of a poltergeist nature were performed,
under conditions
indicating the possibility of a directing intelligence. The
writer feels certain
that in this phenomena of electrical ghosts we may
have a
key that will unlock
many mysteries of the psychic world.

circa 1946, to Meade Layne we find the further related
remarks of Mr. Gaddis:
"The relationship between storms and psychic
observations is a vast field in itself. A neighbor of mine,
recently deceased,
once told me of seeing a number of phantoms during an electrical storm when he
was caught in a local
cemetery. They were simply white human-like forms
hovering above the
grave, glimpsed during flashes of lightning.")

This article of veteran
Borderland researcher Vincent Gaddis has been an
interest of mine for
several years. The work of M. Azam certainly brings to
mind the high-frequency researches of Carl Wickland
with his huge electrostatic
Wimshurst machine.
In working with Eric
Dollard around various high-frequency electrical apparatus
I have observed many
organic and mysterious forms appearing in gas plasmas and
in free space
discharges. The plasmas have provided the most interesting views
across the borderlands
and we have observed human, animal and plant forms as
well as microscopic
(amoeba, etc.) and macroscopic (fireball/stars, galactic
formations). From
direct experience in the lab I have seen that in Vince's
article resides an
important key.
The eminent scientist
and spiritualist Sir William Crookes studied the forms
appearing in high
frequency plasmas approximately a century ago. He felt that
in this manner of experimentation one could find the true borderland between
the physical and the
spiritual. In Ernst Lehr's MAN OR MATTER this matter is
discussed in a quite
lucid manner and one is brought to the understanding that
there certainly is a
"country" beyond the borderlands of this nature, but it is
not the
"country" we seek for a true spiritual understanding of the
manifestation we are an
integral part of.
"When William
Crookes chose as one of the titles of his paper on the newly
discovered properties of
electricity, 'The Fourth State of Matter', it was to
express his belief that
he had found a state of matter, additional to the three
known ones, which
represented the 'borderland where matter and force seem to
merge into one another,
the shadowy realm between known and unknown' for which
his soul had been
longing ever since the death of his beloved brother. All
that has followed from
his discovery, down to the transformation of matter
itself into freely
working energy, shows that he was right in thinking he had
reached some borderland
of nature. Only the country into which this borderland
leads is

The "country"
which we seek across the Borderlands is the one which contains
the cosmic archetypes
from which all life springs. The high frequency
researches of Eric Dollard have helped put electricity
into a proper
perspective with the
etheric realms and we can see how science has mistakenly
plunged into the
SUB-sensible realms rather than the SUPER-sensible which draws
one to more refined
levels of comprehension. Spirituality, following the
general gravity-bound
tendency of our materialistic society in general, has
also mistakenly plunged
into the SUB-sensible realms through attachment to the
egos of the channelled
entities. How much better it would be for spiritual
researchers to 'cross
the borderlands TO THE SUPER-sensible through an awakened
perception of nature and
development of the intuition rather than by relying on
mere belief in the words
of discarnate entities.
I have found through
studying Goethe's indications on the phenomenon of Light
and Color in conjunction
with Eric Dollard's high frequency researches that
electricity is a reflection of the Light Ether. It is sufficient
for present
reference to say that
Light has its two poles, red-yellow and blue-violet. The
red-yellow pole in nature
is longitudinal (direct rays from sun) and the blue-
violet pole is a
progressive type of transverse wave (rounded sky, Reich's KRW
wave/blue orgone).
Electricity has its two
poles, electro-magnetism: red-yellow-hot, (retarded
transverse); and dielectricity: blue-violet-cold (longitudinal).
Hence, there
are experimental
indications that electricity truly is a reflection of
the
Light Ether.
With proper
understanding and orientation of the etheric and electrical fields
many workable concepts
may emerge. For example the use of plasma
detector
tubes around a Lakhovsky Multiple Wave Oscillator will provide many clues
to
the etheric output of
that device. The relationship of electricity to the
evolving human soul is a
prime area of interest at BSRF and is an open area of
discussion in this
Journal. Members are encouraged to send in their views on
this most interesting
subject.

Vangard Note
We should keep in
mind certain phenomena associated with Chladni vibrating
waveplates.
In a film done by the late Hans Jenny, lycopodium powder is
placed on a
flexible membrane and driven by sound waves of various
frequencies, phases and intensities. A DRAGONFLY is clearly formed
with the
proper frequency
combinations and another shows the reticulation of a snake
backbone and how
it crawls across the surface. All this is done with sound
ALONE.
Until a much better understanding of how various frequencies can be
so compounded as to mimic structure and movement, it would
be prudent to
refrain from
claiming astral bodies as the cause of the figures. This is
however, an open
opportunity for investigation by anyone who might wish to
pursue it.

There have been unusual
effects associated with high voltage or other high
energy fields.
This article coincides with a recent conversation I had with a
fellow at the SSE
conference in Austin. He says there is a researcher who has
discovered a way to not
only view the aura (as with Chuck Shrameks AURAVIEW
file) but also to CHANGE
the aura under conscious control.
This fellow told me the
inventor lives in Missouri and he was about to visit
him. Not only can
you view/alter the aura but he described a device that
would
allow you to make a
holographic projection of whatever you could project as a
sustained visual
image. The fellow telling me this was not very technical yet
his description involved
a chamber containing a gas that was excited by a high
voltage field.
When the subject looked into this excited media and
concentrated on an image
from his thoughts, the hologram would appear
proportionate to the
intensity and clarity of the thought. Others too could
see this
projection. We are looking for further information regarding this
phenomenon and
researcher and this file is very coincidental as to
providing
clues as to how this
could be duplicated.
Also, note the
similarities to the Hutchinson effect, except that here they
used static machines and
not Tesla coils.

Astrology and the Paranormal: is it mystical or could it be
science?

" I have noticed for some odd reason that activity was
happening during certain parts of the evening and lunar phases. Most people
considered that time to be the so called witching
hour, but again I am a researcher not a wizard.
I started to heavily look into certain
outer space things that could affect the earth in any way possible. One thing
that kept coming across repeatedly was magnetic pull and radiation. Not sure
what to make of those I needed to learn more about them and why and how they
affect the earth.
I found a few things that were interesting. One thing that was a
big is that the space, planets, and stars have a magnetic pull that works the
opposite of our planet. What does that mean? Well if you hold to magnets up to
one another they will come together and stick. If you take those magnets and
turn them around they will push away from one another.
This is basically what happens. Sometimes the force is more from space than
what our planet is giving off which is what causes water tides. The water level
doesn’t raise the force from the magnetic pull; it is
pushing on it taking up room. Example if you fill a glass with water and drop
an object in it, water will spill out of the glass.
So what does that mean to paranormal
phenomena? Well it’s simple; magnetism is the main
part in creating electricity, not to mention it is also a conductor of it.
Being that the theory of our research is based around electrical current in
some way; the big question is why it wouldn’t affect
paranormal occurrences?
I think the bigger question now is why does it affect humans? This
question tends to be colorful for a couple of reasons. One is that our body
runs off of electric current. Our neurological system
is solely run from electric currents being fired from the brain to other parts
of the brain, and even the body making you move your legs and arms etc… The body itself is also a conductor of electricity. We
know this because we all at one point in our lives rubbed our feet along the
carpet and touched someone giving them a small jolt. If we can store the
current and create the current I would say that it is
plausible to be used as an antenna for other forms of outside currents.
So what does that knowledge mean with
zodiac signs? Zodiac signs are different alignments caused by stars and
planets, which also gives off its own form of magnetic pull and radiation. The
energy absorbed is going to be different from one to the next alignment being
that they don’t take place in the same location in
space. The travel for that energy is going to be different giving it more or less conductivity. The more conductive it is the
more current it will hold."

existence, detached from undue desire and
ambition; they lived with an untainted conscience and without
fear. They were active, but never

they knew contentment, as reflected in their diet

Huang Di asked, “I’ve heard of people in ancient
times, spoken of as the immortals, who
knew the secrets of the universe and held the world
in the palm of their hands. They extracted
essence from nature and practiced Qi Gong and
various stretching and breathing exercises, and
visualizations, to integrate body, mind and spirit. They remained undisturbed and thus attained
extraordinary levels of accomplishment. Can you
tell me about them?”
Qi Bo responded, “The immortals kept their mental
energies focused and refined, and
harmonized their bodies with the environment. So
they did not show typical signs of aging and
were able to live beyond their biological
limitations.
“Not so long ago there were people known as
achieved beings who had true virtue,
understood the Way of Life, and were able to adapt
to and harmonize with the universe and the
seasons. They too were able to keep their mental
energy through proper concentration.
“These achieved beings did not live like ordinary
humans, who tended to be hard on

themselves. They were able to travel freely to
different times and places since they were not
governed by conventional views of time and space.
Their sense of perceptions were supernormal,
going far beyond the sight and hearing of ordinary
humans. They were also able to preserve their
life spans and live in full health, just as the
immortals did.

sage. The sages lived peacefully under
Heaven and Earth, following the rhythms of the
planet and the universe. They adapted to society
without being swayed by fashions and trends. They
were free from emotional extremes and lived
a balanced, contented existence. Their outward
appearance, behavior and thinking did not reflect
the conflicting norms of society. the sages
appeared busy but were never depleted. Internally they
did not overburden themselves. they abided in
calmness, recognizing the empty nature of
existence. The sages lived over one hundred years
because they did not scatter or disperse their
energies.
“A fourth type were the natural people who followed
the Tao, the Way of Life, and were
called naturalists. They lived in accordance with
the rhythmic patters of the seasons: Heaven and
Earth, moon, sun and
stars. They aspired to follow the way of the ancient times, choosing not to

and and enjoyed long life.”

Dr. Ken Hashimoto
"In Japan, Dr. Ken Hashimoto wired up a cactus to a lie
detection system that electronically transposed voice modulations. Hashimoto
had altered the equipment so that the modulations were transformed into sound.
He failed at his own attempts to "converse" with the plants by
sending them voice messages changed to modulations; however, his wife,
described as an "avid gardener," was rewarded with "an instant
response from the cactus." Thompson and Bird relate that "transformed
and amplified by Dr. Hashimoto's electronic equipment, the sound produced by
the plant was like the high-pitched hum of very-high-voltage wires heard from a
distance, except that it was more like a song, the rhythm and tone being varied
and pleasant, at times even warm and almost jolly" (p. 43-45). Not content
to hear the "voice" of the cactus, the Hashimotos
went further, apparently becoming "so intimate with the plant that they
were soon able to teach it to count and add up to twenty."

Found the below, it looks like Ken's work is similiar
to what Ive been
doing in some ways as I describe on
my web info site, his equipment and lab setup
sound
like they are similiar,
it seems however he note
limited degrees of the phenomenon but has not
discovered the effervescent zone I have, which
I can
understand, it was a difficult thing to
localize and
is even more challenging to map out even once
you know
its there, thats why
its taken me 7 years just to
build rudimentary tools to explore this new
world.....

This is a short clip from the DVD "Exploring the
Spectrum" by Dr. John Nash Ott. The video deals with the biological
effects of natural and artificial light frequencies, and other electromagnetic
frequencies. The aphids appear to dance in a manner synchronized to the passage
of a radar beam of 14 miles distance, as determined by Dr. Ott. There are a few
other "Dancing Aphid" videos on YouTube which show a similar
phenomenon, but none appear aware of this possible explanation.
This aphid movement also should not be confused with the known

Dr. Ken Hashimoto, a regular consultant, on
lie
detection, for the Japanese police, read about
Backster's experiments.
He decided to hook up one of the family's
"cactuses", to a polygraph, by means
of
acupuncture needles.
His intent was more revolutionary, then his
predecessors.
He hoped to enter into
actual conversation, with
a plant!
He developed a system, whereby nothing more
than a
cassette tape, is needed, to record the
reactions
of a suspect. Electronically transposing the
modulations. ......... of the suspect's voice,
he
was able to produce on
a paper, a running graph. Reliable enough, to
pass in Japan's court system. By reversing the
system, he would be able to transform the
tracings…from a graph, into modulated sounds….giving
voice to a plant!
His wife got involved, because she had the
green thumb, of the family. She assured the
"cactus", that she loved it, and
there was an
instantaneous result from the cactus!
Transformed and amplified, the sound produced
by
the plant, was like a high-pitched hum, of
very high voltage
wires, heard from a
distance.
Except that, it was more like a song….the
rhythm and tone, being varied and pleasant. At
times, even warm and jolly! Mrs. Hashimoto,
was being answered by the plant, in modulated
"cactese".

The Hashimotos
became so intimate with their
cactus...... .... that they were soon able to
teach it.......... to count, and add up to
twenty.

1999 "Independent"regarding French
biologist Jacques Benveniste's recent presentation:
"It sounds like science fiction and Benveniste will have a hard time convincing a deeply
sceptical world that he is right. Nevertheless, he began his campaign last week
when he announced the latest research to come out of his Digital Biology
Laboratory near Paris, to a packed audience of scientists at the Pippard Lecture Theatre at Cambridge University's Cavendish
Physics Laboratory. Benveniste suggested that the
specific effects of biologically active molecules such as adrenalin, nicotine
and caffeine, and the immunological signatures of viruses and bacteria, can be
recorded and digitised using a computer sound-card. A
keystroke later, and these signals can be winging their way across the globe,
courtesy of the Internet. Biological systems far away from their activating
molecules can then - he suggested - be triggered simply by playing back the
recordings."
"Benveniste's
explanation starts innocuously enough with a musical analogy. Two vibrating
strings close together in frequency will produce a "beat". The length
of this beat increases as the two frequencies approach each other. Eventually,
when they are the same, the beat disappears. This is the way musicians tune
their instruments, and Benveniste uses the analogy to
explain his water-memory theory. Thus, all molecules are made from atoms which
are constantly vibrating and emitting infrared radiationin
a highly complex manner. These infrared vibrations have been detected for years
by scientists, and are a vital part of their armoury
of methods for identifying molecules.
However, precisely because of the complexity
of their infrared vibrations, molecules also produce much lower
"beat" frequencies. It turns out that these beats are within the
human audible range (20 to 20,000 Hertz) and are specific for every different
molecule. Thus, as well as radiating in the infrared region, molecules also
broadcast frequencies in the same range as the human voice. This is the
molecular signal that Benveniste detects and records.
If molecules can broadcast, then they should
also be able to receive. The specific broadcast of one molecular species will
be picked up by another, "tuned" by its molecular structure to
receive it. Benveniste calls this matching of
broadcast with reception "co-resonance", and says it works like a
radio set. Thus, when you tune your radio to, say, Classic FM, both your set
and the transmitting station are vibrating at the same frequency. Twitch the
dial a little, and you're listening to Radio 1: different tuning, different
sounds.
This, Benveniste claims,
is how millions of biological molecules manage to communicate at the speed of
light with their own corresponding molecule and no other. It also explains why
minute changes inthe structure of a molecule can
profoundly alter its biological effect. It is not that these tiny structural
changes make it a bad fit with its biological receptor (the classical
lock-and-key approach). The structural modifications "detune" the
molecule to its receptor. What is more, and just like radio sets and receivers,
the molecules do not have to be close together for communication to take
place."

An important difference between Lawrence's apparatus for
capturing plant signals and that of Backster, Vogel and Sauvin
is that it incorporates, in a temperature controlled bath, LIVING VEGETAL
TISSUE shielded behind a Faraday tube that screens out even the slightest
electromagnetic interference. Lawrence found that living vegetal tissue is able to perceive signals far more delicately than
electronic sensors. It is his belief that biological radiations transmitted by
living things are best received by a biological medium.

As Lawrence checked his instrumentation, the audio signal, to
his amazement, continued to produce a distinct chain of pulses for over half an
hour before even the whistle returned, indicating that nothing more was being
received. The signals had to be coming from somewhere, and since his device had
been continuously pointed up toward the heavens, Lawrence was faced with the
fantastic thought that something or someone was transmitting from outer space.

Aligning his telescope - coupled with the Faraday tube, a
camera, an electromagnetic interference monitor, and the tissue chamber - to
celestial coordinates 10 hours 40 minutes plus 56 degrees, which gave him the
general direction for Ursa Major, Lawrence switched
on his audio signal. After a ninety minute interval,
his equipment again picked up a recognizable, though briefer, pattern of
signals. According to Lawrence, the periods between rapid series of pulses
ranged from approximately three to ten minutes over a stretch of several hours
as he monitored a single spot in the heavens.

Deciding that his findings may be of crucial significance and
could herald a new and as yet unimagined system of communication, Lawrence has
sent a copy of his October, 1971, tape, together with a seven page report, to
the Smithsonian Institution in Washington DC, where it is preserved as a
potentially historical scientific document. The report concludes:
"An apparent train of interstellar communication signals of
unknown origin and destination has been observed. Since interception was made
by biological sensors, a biological type signal transmission must be assumed.
Test experiments were conducted in an electromagnetic deep fringe area, the
equipment itself being impervious to electromagnetic radiation. Follow up tests
revealed no equipment defects. Because [BIOLOGICAL DETECTOR] interstellar
listening experiments are not conducted on a routine basis, the suggestion is
advanced that verification tests should be conducted elsewhere, possibly on a
global scale. The phenomenon is too important to be ignored."

Lawrence's most important conclusion, that biological type
sensors are needed in order to intercept biological signals, applies
particularly to communications from outer space. As he puts it: "Standard
electronics are next to worthless here, since 'bio-signals' apparently RESIDE
OUTSIDE OF THE KNOWN ELECTROMAGNETIC SPECTRUM."

When he began to study the problem in 1963, Lawrence found that
he could get no help from plant specialists and biologists because none of them
knew enough physics, and especially electronics, to visualize what he was
driving at. In his search for a biological system for radiating and receiving
signals, Lawrence began by going over the experiments made in the 1920s by the
Russian histologist Alexander Gurwitsch and his wife,
who proclaimed that all living cells produce an invisible radiation. Gurwitsch had noticed that the cells in the tips of onion
roots seemed to be dividing at a definite rhythm. Believing this is due to an
extra unexplained source of physical energy, Gurwitsch
wondered whether it might not come from nearby cells.
To test out his theory he mounted one root tip in a horizontally
oriented thin glass tube to act as a ray gun. This he pointed at a similar
onion root tip, also protected in a tube, but with a small area on one side
exposed naked to serve as a target. After three hours of exposure, Gurwitsch examined sections from the target root under his
microscope. When he compared the number of cell divisions, he found 25 percent
more in the exposed, irradiated area. The receiver root had seemingly picked up
a vital energy from its neighbour.
To try to block the emission, Gurwitsch
repeated the experiment with a thin shield of quartz between the roots, but obtained essentially the same results. However,
when the quartz was coated with gelatin, or a simple sheet of glass was
substituted, no enhanced cell division could be observed. Since glass and
gelatin were known to block various ultraviolet frequencies on the
electromagnetic spectrum, Gurwitsch concluded that the
rays emitted by the cells of an onion root tip must be as short or shorter than
ultraviolet. Because they apparently increased cell division, or
"mitosis,", he called them "mitogenic rays."
Continuing to probe further with a sensitive high impedance device
of his own design, Lawrence sought to discover whether individual cells in a
quarter inch slice of onion, attached to a Wheatstone bridge and electrometer
[sensitive voltmeter, basically], would react to various stimuli. He found that
they seemed to respond to irritations such as a puff of smoke, or even to his
MENTAL IMAGE of their destruction, in about one hundred milliseconds, or one
tenth of a second.
What seemed most odd to Lawrence was that the reaction of the
onion tissue seemed to change depending on whether he, or someone else, was
directing THOUGHT at it. People with "psychic gifts" seemed to elicit
much stronger responses than the practical minded Lawrence. As he commented:
"If one can cause, or get something to cause, harm to a cell - assuming
that the cell has a cellular consciousness - the reaction pattern in it will
change from experimenter to experimenter."

Lawrence warned his readers that work with plant was not just a
matter of electronic expertise and that working with the Backster Effect
involved much more than the mere ability to construct top quality electronic
equipment. "There are certain qualities here," he wrote, "which
do not enter into normal experimental situations. According to those
experimenting in this area, it is necessary to have a 'green thumb' and, most
important, a genuine love for plants.
Warning that constant repetition was an important factor in such
testing, Lawrence stated that if a plant specimen is stimulated continuously,
badly injured, or infrequently watered, it would tire quickly, or even lapse
into shock and die. Researchers were therefore cautioned to be gentle with
their plants and allow them to recuperate after experimentation. The area in
which plants live must be quiet, added Lawrence, "so that the stimuli can
be effectively applied with a minimum of power line noise or disturbances from
radio frequency transmission to cause faulty indications."

supported himself for two months by working as a troubleshooter
for a large Montreal grower and importer of tropical plants. When clients in
office and residential buildings complained that their plants were getting
sick, Merta was sent to ascertain the trouble.

greenhouses, Merta noticed that the effects of
LONELINESS produced when a plant is taken away from its friends often caused it
such shock that it would pine, even die; however, when returned to the

Chapter 5: Latest Soviet Discoveries (1970s)

In addition to a plant's ability to recognize friend and foe,
Soviet researchers also noted that one plant supplied with water CAN SOMEHOW
SHARE IT WITH A DEPRIVED NEIGHBOR. In one institute of research a cornstalk
planted in a glass container was denied water for several weeks. Yet it did not
die; it remained as healthy as other cornstalks planted in normal conditions
nearby. In some way, say Soviet botanists, water was transferred from healthy
plants to the "prisoner" in the jar. Yet they have no idea how this
was accomplished.
As fantastic as this may seem, a kind of plant to plant transfer
has been taking place in England in experiments begun in 1972 by Dr. A. R.
Bailey. Two plants in an artifically lit greenhouse
in which temperature, humidity and light were carefully controlled were
suffering from lack of water. Bailey and his collaborator measured the voltages
generated between two parts of both plants. When one plant was watered from the
outside through plastic tubes, the other plant reacted. As Bailey told the
British Society of Dowsers: "There was no electrical connection between
them, no physical connection whatsoever, but somehow, one plant picked up what
was going on with the other."

study of the potentialities of biocommunication, despite its rejection by the

was amazed to find that whenever any of his laboratory workers fell ill THEY APPEARED TO CAUSE THE DEATH OF YEAST CELLS WITH
WHICH THEY WERE EXPERIMENTING. A few minutes' exposure to their fingertips EVEN
AT A DISTANCE would kill vigorous cells of this carbohydrate fermeniting fungus. Further investigation showed that a
chemical compound excreted from the hands and faces of the sick technicians was
responsible; but how it ACTED AT A DISTANCE was a mystery. Rahn
went on to prove that the continually renewed tissue of the cornea of the eye,
as well as most wounds and cancer tumors, EMIT RADIATION; he set these and
other findings down in
a book, Invisible Radiation of Organisms, which on the whole was ignored by his colleagues. [EW: But NOT THE

Henry C. Monteith, an electrical engineer in Albuquerqur,
New Mexico, working at home, put together an apparatus consisting of two 6-volt
batteries, a vibrator used to power automobile radios, and an ignition coil
sold at all auto supply stores. Like the Russians, Monteith found that a LIVE
leaf gave beautiful and varied self-emissions that cannot be adequately
explained by any conventional theory. He was further mystified when he
discovered that a DEAD leaf gave, at most, only a uniform glow. Exposed to only
30,000 volts, the dead leaf did not reveal anything at all on film, EVEN WHEN
BATHED IN WATER, but the life leaf shimmered in a radiance of self-emissions.

least one scientist made a claim on a popular nighttime radio talk show that
live leaves and dead leaves showed identical discharge patterns. Those who have
been active in the anti-mind control movement for some time have heard many disinformational claims designed to keep every small bit of
advanced scientific discovery discredited in the mind of the public. Since the
mind control crimes depend on the public being ignorant of the advanced
"ESP-class" technology being used, the visitor should realize that
such discreditation statements are disinformation. We who are targetted know this first hand.]
