I stop playing any of these tracks when I
feel it's hit a level of saturation and that level for Me is very
easy to tell and I feel it's very important not to overrun this I am
very very sensitive (empath) and I am working with my bad liver here
and it's most amazing to me to see the spots on my arms that go along
with liver disease seem to have faded away!? The main thing I thought
at the begining was if this would somehow help my super thin blood
I'm having to take mepyton every day as it just doesnt clot correctly
I cant wait to my next round of lab's then I can say what and how
much. Thanks Doc!

PS Some hip pain Has returned but still not to the point of having to
take my pain meds and why was there No withdraw from taking codine 4
times a day for 2 years? Humm
