For most frequency kits, usage is simple. Place all of them on your player

and play only the first 30 seconds of each ten minute track, skip through

all nine playing only the first 30 seconds, note out of the nine which

tracks effect you the most, likely there will be between 2 to

4 tracks that really stand out, you will feel this. Next, select only those

tracks and loop these together for your session(s). Keep in mind that your

body-mind will change its preference over time so you will need to do this

through out the quarters of a given lunar month.

You can access ELEVEN frequency tracks for free from the collection of

30 frequencies which were designed for an experimental project

for members. These are quite different and unique from our other

frequencies in that they were designed to target and represent specific

time windows and spaces in the past, for the year of 2009. Originally they

were designed to model a “higher state” of being but for only a brief

window of time. Theoretically, the effects as designed were intended

to expire after the time window had passed. Strangely however,

a number of members continued to use these frequency tracks past

HOW ARE FREE DEMOS DIFFERENT FROM FULL VERSIONS:

The function of the free demos is to give you an entry level experience and feeling for this unique

new science. These shortened demos often yield dramatic and curious phenomenon. Since the

demos are incomplete, looping them will not have any where near the effect of the full versions since

they only represent very small, partial segments of the overall geometry contained in the whole

and full versions.

Here on this site there are two types of free demos. The first type is the same length as the high

Today’s Energy is energetic and expectant. There is a sense that something is about to happen, but we have no idea what it is. We are ready for a change for the better. The energy of the Coronal Mass Ejections has now passed and all is calm again. There have been Earthquakes in California, Nevada, Washington, Off the coast of Oregon, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Bolivia, Australia, Fiji, Indonesia, Greece, Tonga, Vanuatu and the western Mediterranean Sea. HAARP is active over the western half of the US. There are reports of an increase in emotions, anxiety, depression, grief, sadness, guilt, resentment, anger, moodiness, fear, headache, high blood pressure, back pain, hip pain, foot pain, loud ear noises, muscle pain, joint pain, nausea, dizziness, feeling unbalanced, fuzzy headedness, confusion, fatigue, insomnia, strange dreams, vivid dreams and of course, exhaustion. -at 1:47 ,mark frequenct starts a higher pitch and sense is now one of rising up (pressure on stomach escalates sharply)

-interrupted at 3:49 mark just as energy in skull/body is starting to build (someone enters the room and is freaked out by the "sound")

(NOTE to self: Need to carve out adequate -appropriate time to listen uninterrupted, shut off phone, etc., as starting and not completing is "disconcerting" energy -wise, the frequency starts to have an effect and it gets disrupted like an engine caught between gears, uncomfortable )

-add deep breathing (with eyes closed) to "meditation induced by frequency" and it seriously amplifies the "energy effect"

-ends at 7;58amPST and room/world goes still - quiet - but extreme stillness/calmness - ears remain "pressurized" - smooth energy

with each listen, each frequency I become more intriqued by what they can do, where they can take one, how they can benefit me ( in health , meditation, improving being, growth, etc.).

· sat 3-4 feet away from speakers facing them eyes closed, slow breathing, immediate pressure on skull and stomach, had to really focus on breathing and time each breath to frequency's rotating pulses to alleviate pressure (somewhat) -alters -improves effect immediately

· placed arms on table where speakers are and can feel vibration moving THROUGH me this calmed the pressure down and induced smooth white light energy in midst of skull

· @8:47 mark it feels like my being is being stretched like taffy, energy in chest & skull is building but smoothly, not jagged , very comfortable, pain in neck subsides but does not disappear

· the fog of sleep lifts, weight of body falls away, pressure drops off at 12 minute mark, open eyes/my eye and ear nerves are "stimulated" seeing very clear, hearing clean & clear

· reclose eyes @ 14 minute mark and immediately "see floating" images inside - cirlces, lines, boxes/squares - black, white/yellow -intersecting/slowly

· end at 32.21 and it leaves being calmly energized, smooth, clean , SPARKLY!!

-Pressure- although I did not raise volume it suddenly becomes LOUDER-More intense @ 5:20 mark ( pattern/sounds of frequency alters from a cycle to a blip sound)

-has effect of making me want to close eyes- but I keep them open - breathing is shallow and soft, and not timed to sound

- a 4 count starts at 6:35 mark - it becomes very wind chime and/or music box-like - and puts pressure on body

- entire left side of body is "lighting" up - while right side remains still/calm - causes a pressure or pushing sensation on body

-point at top left back of skull is "electric energy" -

-at 11;40 mark a sped up tempo-pulse begins and it causes energy inside skull to increase dramatically (almost too much)- have to turn and face speakers to balance -contain effect - forces to close eyes and immediately it 's like entering a chamber (gray walls- white -yellow "lights)

-left side of brain is just flooding- right side trying to catch up

-with eyes closed a golden ORB appears in midst of skull - a ball of ENERGY (bright in middle-rays around edges)

-with eyes closed it's like moving down a hall way - very dream-state like - being pushed backwards away from sound/speakers-floating

-stop at 28 minutes - starting to get too 'spaced Out" - point at top back left side of brain/ skull is just electrified- the nerves enervated

NOTE: the effects the frequencies have is nothing like hearing listening to everyday sound, spoken words, music, etc. - it is almost like acupuncture to skull or some kind of drug-external stimulant introduced that invoke a dream like floating ENERGY

-after waking and sipping some clustered water, turned on frequency and started to exercise-stretch about 8 to 10 ft from speakers

-the frequency seems to still the air and sound in house and around me

- exercising is focused , no extraneous thoughts flooding mind

- i hear it with ears, but from this distance I FEEL it in my chest/heart and all around me (like being wrapped in something)

-creates calm fluid "energy"

-ends @ 8;55am after 10 minutes

- listening at this softer volume (15) and with eyes closed for extended periods the frequency creates a sensation of being propelled backward away from the speakers, slow gentle floating backwards

- ear nerves really energize and stimulate, inside skull/brain is "sparking" like a super cup of pure coffee/caffeine (ina good way)

- most of the pain in body (neck, back, ankle) dissipates as calm energy rises, kind of like an excellent extended acupuncture treatment in less than 10 minutes

-@ 9:10am PST the frequency has me floating calm even energy - AWAKE

-mind remains quite still, like after a long meditation, induces felling of lightness and laughter

-calm, even, dreamy , causes lose of sense of time (seemed longer than 10 minutes)

Doc will continue to UTILIZE these frequencies(and report) as they help me focus (clear mind), enhance energy ( clean, strong), and reduce pain (which really intrigues me. I find that right now I can only use them early in the morning/day as they get me energized and late at night or late in day they keep me from sleeping. Great way to start a day - as they help clear mind and energize for that day.

Additionally, our lungs function 17.6% more efficiently at 5 p.m. than at midday, according to a study

of 4,756 patients led by Boris Medarov, an assistant professor of medicine at Albany Medical College

in New York.

Afternoon exercise can even help us sleep better:

The National Sleep Foundation reports that exercise in the afternoon can help deepen shut-eye and

cut the time it takes for you to fall into dreamland. But, they caution, vigorous exercise leading up to

bedtime can actually have the reverse effects.

For other athletes, however, the morning could be the optimal performance time. Balance, for instance,

is higher in the morning, so gymnasts might perform better then.

A Typical Consult Session with Doc Starz

In these cases the session is performed online via Skype, audio-video

or over the phone. Time is billed either per minute or by the hour.

Normally I would only travel for group events or for small executive class sessions (round table style normally).

In some case clients will travel to come see me, but the skype session usually offers the best overall benefits.

If you are uncertain how and where to begin in your first consultation I recommend a 'discovery' session first as our intro session, where we spend our first hour deriving and formulating your concerns and priorities. This often helps clients in forging a framework and foundation, from which we can plan from and build on. The rate for this is the standard one.

After I receive your payment, I will review time slots and determine the best energetic day for you. I will then send you a suggested 'best day(s)' for our discussion and together we can work out the optimum schedule for our discussions.

Following below are different options you can choose from ;

You can book sessions in hour blocks of 1 or 2 hours at different rates.

Note, consult sessions must be prepaid and booked a minimum of five days in advance. Bookings are non-refundable, but if needed time slots can be changed with 24 hour notice given.
